This is a very good track to go walking. It's out in the open and bearly no shade. Which is fine by me cause I want to sweat. But it's all up to your liking. There are places for you to sit if you need to rest around the track and a set of bleachers. There is a bumpy and dirt parking lot so beware of that. A must to bring a drink. I will will say the best time 2 go is first thing in the morning or in the afternoon when the kids r in school. Around 1 pm sometime the kids will come n walk around. But they r only there 4 about 20-30.

Cool field with real grass. Has stands, paved track , with fence around it. Its right next to mccoy stadium and j think share a parking lot .

I've been training here for years. This place brings back a lot of memories. Centrally located in the city, and it is almost always quiet with room to train.

Home of St. Ray's football team, walking track for all, loads of parking. Right behind McCoy Stadium.
