My interaction with Santanna, my mail carrier, was a refreshing reminder of the positive impact that excellent customer service can have. I appreciate her patience and dedication in addressing my concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully about shipping with USPS. I sincerely hope that the USPS can employ more clerks inside the post office who possess the same level of professionalism and kindness as Santanna does outside the office.

Currently, I have two favorite mail carriers, Chris, who has worked as a carrier for many years, and Santanna, who is relatively new to the position. Both individuals are incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuinely care about their jobs. It is unfortunate that the USPS seems to retain the least competent employees while the best ones often disappear. Let's hope the post office can emulate their examples and foster a culture of friendliness and care, it is clear that both Chris and Santanna truly love their jobs and are dedicated. Kudos to Chris and Santanna for being outstanding mail carriers! 👏

Listen, Bailey deserve a raise, a free lunch, and maybe a day off. Working at the post office seems stressful, especially in this area. I was so upset about an incorrectly labeled package and he took care of it for me without issue. Everywhere I tried to contact was nothing but chatbots, but soft-spoken Bailey came to the rescue. At this point, even if my package does get returned to sender, that man was so nice I won't even be mad about it. Also a special shout out to the courier who said they're coming back around to redeliver, not sure if they will but I guess it's on the shipper and everyone else is just doing their best.

I use this post office all the time. It's not the closest one to me but it is the friendliest and it's not as busy as the others. I send packages all over the country and to countries in the U.K. and Germany. I've never had any problems, knock on wood. Everyone there is kind and always acknowledge my 4 yr old and have even given her coloring books.
I know there are a lot of bad reviews, I've never seen anyone in there with a problem but with all the people they help of course there are going to be dissatisfied people. When I first pulled the reviews up I thought I accidentally pulled up the website for the DMV.
I hope everyone's issues were solved, I'm in customer service and I don't like to see unhappy customers.

For YEARS I have used this post office and I can't remember ever having issues. It has always been good for me as the employees are very helpful. I am happy with this post office!

This is one of the nicest post offices around. The clerks are friendly, they know what they're doing, and they've been working there for years.
Some of the customers are quite rude, though, I've never seen such bad attitudes.

Found the postal clerk to be very patient and helpful, even at the end of a long day. Needed to mail a registered package and she provided the special tape required and even started taping it for me. Couldn't ask for better service!

I went inside to purchase an envelope to ship something and was worried because there was already a line but was quite pleased. The line moved quickly and the staff there were very friendly and helpful.

Speedy service. Gets busy in the afternoon. Easy help with forwarding mail and other things.

Ms Dorothy was helpful when she didn't even have to be and was very nice

I'm not sure about the office, but I live in the area and my mailman Tom is amazing. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

Most of the staff are super friendly. Always a line.
