Needed a new battery. The young man behind the counter got it for me, swapped it out (being meticulous). After a very frazzled morning when my car wouldn't start, his quiet efficiency and help turned my day around.

They were very friendly and answered all my questions.

Tell them your vehicle's make and model and the part you need, and they'll show you options on the screen and where to find it on the shelf. That gives me confidence I'm buying the right part, and saves me the time of figuring it out myself.

Brian is the man! I brought my car battery in to get it checked because it had randomly died and then was fine after jumping it. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and he took care of me both times that I came in over the past two days. I absolutely recommend this place to friends and family, and Advance Auto Parts is so lucky to have Brian :)

Great experience here. Called in and spoke to Joey about getting a battery installed (It was 30 mins before close). He said no problem and to come on by. When I arrived, he had it ready for me and it was a pleasant and quick experience. Will be back here when I need something.

I went for some engine degreaser and a heavy duty brush. Always clean and the staff was helpful. I also asked about an alternator for my antique tractor. They said they would try to match it if I bring my old one in. Pretty good.

Always friendly and helpful and usually always have stock of all the main items most customers would ever want. If you want something specific, I'd suggest that you check online for the inventory so that you might save yourself a trip and the accompanying frustration if they don't have an uncommon product.

Prices seem to be always competitive.
