Starbucks

Ordered a cappuccino but instead of milk I had them add steamed sweet cream, absolute game changer!

Went in to kill time while my cars oil got changed up the road. The barista who took my order complimented my nails, I thanked her and told her they're my wedding set as I'm getting married tomorrow. When she called for my order, she told me congrats and I said thank you again. When I got home, I saw they wrote "good luck & congrats! ❤❤❤" on my cup and I almost started crying! Thank you to the lovely barista who made my day with their kindness. So sorry I didn't notice until I got home, but you truly made me feel very special with just a tiny detail :)

I made a mobile order but it was at the wrong location by mistake, they were kind enough to give me my drink without charging me twice. I appreciated that.

Starbucks is always a great place for coffee and other beverages. The Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Pretty chill Starbucks. The only place they have chargers is at the large table near the entrance; usually there are seats available and plenty of outlets, but there has been a few it the table were full when I arrived. The other small tables have no accessible outlets.

The baristas are friendly and fast. The lines are usually really short and wait time for the drinks are short too.

I've always received good service at this Starbucks, despite the fact that its the single busiest location by volume in the entire Santa Clarita valley. Their drive-thru goes non-stop from open to close every day. The lobby could be bigger but the patio is great. COFFEE.

I'm not a huge Starbucks person. I only go once in a while but it's always good and it's always fast for the amount of people they have in line every single time. The staff was polite and helpful with the me of drinks i couldn't remember the names of.

I drop by here on my way to my weekly Pilates class. Friendly staff and fairly quick service. I just wish the prices were lower.

Its an amazing place,the food is awesome, great staffs . They serve orders quickly and are very friendly.

The best Starbucks in the world. Sure I'm there like every day and they know exactly what I'm ordering so it's ready usually by the time I scan my phone. Trenta iced coffee, no classic and light ice. But even then, when I'm with the fam, ordering something different or using the drive through, the drinks come fast, well made, special instructions followed, and they're always so nice. Not just nice to me, but, like to each other. You can tell they enjoy it. The store is kept immaculately clean.

I'm here every week all thanks to the employees! They are so friendly and more than anything that keeps me coming back.. Cause let me tell you I usually do my 2 dollar coffee across the street at mcdees. But I would rather go were I'm treated like family. Thanks to the Villa Princessa employees your the best! 5 star service.

Im going to try and keep this short but sweet. I had a surgery that was botched that completely destroyed my life. Im malnourished, my weight went from 279lbs down to 78 lbs in a very short period of time and because i was so malnourished with no meat on my bones i now have nerve damage in my hands and arms, The only thing i found to help put a little weight on, put meat on my bones and stop the malnourishment and nerve damage is a venti caramel ribbon crunch with 4 extra shots of espresso, extra caramel drizzel, extra caramel crunchies, 8 scopps of java chips and two pumps of rasberry sauce and extra ice... a regular venti frapp is normally $5.95 i believe....this drink costs me almost $12 each and i get it every day sometimes 2-3 times a day...so i spend alot of money (see next review for continuence...too long

I enjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly and always greet me with a smile. It's very clean and I always find a place to sit. Most items on the menu are fairly priced. The restrooms are clean. Parking lot is ample and I never have trouble finding a spot.

This is one of the best! My local Starbucks and they never disappoint. Everyone always seems happy as well. Makes for a nice part of my day!

I just to say Marcus is one my favorite barista, he gives great customer service and make me laugh when we get our drinks. Especially how he asks how he can improve my drinks to my preference. Overall, love all the baristas there!

By far my favorite Starbucks in Santa Clarita. The drive thru staff are the friendliest most customer service oriented people that I have had the privilege of getting to interact with every weekend. The drinks are consistent every single time which is not something I can say for the other Starbucks in the area. You always know what you're going to get and it's always exactly what it is that you wanted. I would also like to thank the young man on the morning of Sunday July 2nd who gave me my drinks at no charge, I believe he gave several cars their drinks at no charge. I'm not sure what the reason was, but I just wanted to say thank you. Unfortunately I'm only able to make it to this particular drive-thru Starbucks on Saturday and Sunday but if I could I would be here every day throughout the week as well. Even though I'm only here two days a week they always remember my special preferences on the quirky little things that I like or don't like. Anyway great group of people definitely, five stars!🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

Chai tea is great. Nice place to order starbucks coffee. They always work pretty hard to get your order right. If it's not right they are willing to fix it. Very nice about it. Great job Starbucks!

It’s hard to find a nicer happier group of young people who take pride in their job and help their clients. Even though because of Covid-19you can only use the drive through they make it a nice and happy experience. Even though they are risking their own health by working with the public they couldn’t be more apologetic about us waiting in line to get our coffee and goodies everyday in the drive thru. I just wanted to give Marcus a shoutout! He is one of the main reasons why I continue to come to this location. He is friendly and makes me feel welcomed. I especially enjoy how he makes my tea!!

Really nice place. Clean and the crew is absolutely the greatest!!! When I visit Santa Clarita, this is my go to spot. Love the way they are quick to serve and greet every customer. Awesome service.
