Arby's

Arby's service and food has improved since reopening after Covid. Then they then shortened their store hours due lack of adequate help. They have recently lengthened their hours back up. Which is great to see. We have missed being able to have their roast beef sandwiches and French dip sandwiches. The staff have been courteous and professional. The freshness of the sandwiches, the fries both the crispy and curly have been crisp. The only drawback is that they make few turnovers in the event they have too many to throw away at the end of the night. So they maybe short of inventory of them towards the end of the night, but otherwise they are great. It is wonderful to have them open again.

I have lived near this Arby’s all my life and didn’t have the best experience but I went today and everyone was so great! Paty helped up with getting our coupons together and manager was so nice to help us make sure we had the best experience! Will definitely make this our favorite Arby’s from now on! Thank you!

This place is actually quite alright. I normally eat in. The man running the register is super kind, and genuinely seems like he's trying to get the orders right. The food has been good the 5 times I've visited so far at this specific Arby's and they're shake machines work. For the sandwich of choice, fries, and a drink or shake, prices range 10-15 dollars per person.

Drive through experience was quick. Like, really quick. Food was good, tried the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich today. Wasn't amazing, but definitely wasn't bad. A little pricey in my opinion, but I think the sliders and happy hour options are the real deal here.

I'm going out of my way to leave a positive review about an Arby's, so let that speak for itself. I don't know what it is about this location, it has to be good management and training, because the staff is always really polite and friendly. The supervisor or manager always is working alongside the employees when I come in. I'm never here at a rush, but seriously just impressed with the staff. Good job, guys.

Love everything about this store besides how the manager treats the front counter girl. She's doing her best and doesn't deserve the ridicule, have half the mind to absolutely rip into management over their rude treatment.

My wife and I travel a lot for work (summer sales) and this is probably the best Arby’s we’ve been to. Kolton, the manager, has a lot to do with that. The employees here were SUPER friendly and courteous to not only our family, but everybody that came in while we were here. He gave 2 little free toys to our fussy kids and brought our food to our table because the kids were a lot to handle.

The restaurant is also clean and the food was fresh and delicious. Awesome location

Ordered a chocolate shake for my son he said he loved it!! Service was great as well. Will definitely be back again

I ordered a turkey sandwich with curly fries and diet Coke. The sandwich was fresh and delicious. The curly fries was cooked right and not mushy. It was satisfying.

Meeting my daughter for lunch at Wendy's down the street but their lobby was closed. Came up to McDonald's found their lobby was closed. So went over to Arby's where we probably should have gone in the first place and had a very nice lunch. Clean friendly'

This rating is based on the quality of the food we received with our order. My wife had a Reuben Meal. I got a Traditional Greek Gyro. Each of us shared half of our sandwich with the other. The Reuben was...tangy and rich. The rye bread was a great compliment to the corned beef and sauerkraut. The Gyro? It's was as good or better than the Gyros I can get from my local Greek shop. The meat, tomatoes, onions, sauce, and bread was really tasty. The curly fries were great. We got apple and cherry turnovers. The pastry was light and flakey...like from a European bakery. We weren't expecting this quality. We were impressed.

I eat WAAAYYY too much fast food, so I've been to a ton of restaurants. This experience was by far one of the best ever. The staff was cheerful, positive and friendly. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The food was awesome. Great job American Fork Arby's!

Sometimes you just have to have an Arby's roast beef sandwich. You know exactly what it's going to taste like and you are usually never disappointed. This time was no exception our food was fresh and came quickly. Very friendly service

Morgan, the GM, works very hard to make sure not only her customers, but also her employees are happy and well taken care of. Anyone who bends over backwards to take care of everyone around them is a wonderful person in my book. Summer has always been super sweet to me, and Zoey and Bridger make some of the best sandwiches I've eaten. Definitely coming back. A lot.

Arby's is always fire! Fast service today and so much meat and cheese. The curly fries and apple turnover are my favorite.

Staff was super friendly and nice. My food came out pretty quick and tasted great as always. The drink area could've been a little cleaner, but that was it. I will definitely be back.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday and had the philly steak sandwich and my co-worker had the half pound club. They were excellent! We highly recommend them for lunch during these unusual times.

I think this is the second time through the drive through when they didn't include or ask me if I wanted any sauce with my fries. Dry curly fries are definitely not as good. Great food otherwise though.

There were only two employees working when I came in with my family. We are from out of town. They were both extremely courteous and patient. The restaurant itself was super clean and I would happily come here again just for the incredible service.
