Hy-Vee Pharmacy

Went to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription for my daughter but what she needed wasn't in stock or anywhere in the city at all. Brett in the pharmacy went above and beyond in what most would do and worked with us and the dentist to get a new script and found us the closest location with that medicine in stock. He worked for over half an hour to make sure we were taken care of even if hyvee couldn't be the one to fill it. Thank you very much for everything you made our day so much easier and worry free.

The fresh seafood case and meat department are stellar! The deli needs help! I worked in deli's for years. We cannot express the quality and freshness of the cod and meat department! Brilliant of making the department on price per piece.

I recently switched my pharmacy needs to Hy-Vee in Green Bay, WI and am beyond impressed! The staff is incredibly helpful and positive and the pharmacists are informative and willing to answer any questions. Hy-Vee Pharmacy goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience!

Brett in the Pharmacy at the location here in GB was beyond helpful and extremely kind in answering a question I had about my dad who was sick and quickly filled a prescription for my mom she just sent over. I was very thankful for his customer service and kindness. In the times we are living in, people like Brett restore my faith in humanity little by little.

Love this place, but the fish department smell has been so pungent the last few times I visited.

We purchase a beef roast dinner from there. It was an arm roast with potatoes, carrots, and celery. I cooked the meal at the specified temperature for the correct amount of time. The meat was very tough, and the carrots and potatoes definitely needed more time to cook. The meat also had no flavor. It was very bland
. We won't be getting this again. 🤮 very disappointing

Waited 35 min for deli order. The seating area did not have any clean seats and no forks. When I asked about the order the clerk advised they are just finishing up. In fact they had just startedd grabbing from the heat lamp after I came up. Probably the worst deli experience I have ever seen

Ordered from the meal to go, order was wrong called customer service they transfered us whatever restraunt there, he said it's not there fault its door dashes, well we ordered from the hy vee website paid for delivery, Dont you pack the bag and seal it I don't think the door dash people do.. all they do is pick up the food and drop off, but all they did was blow it off and and said it door dashes fault, so ordered of food wasted will not eat it and figure out how to get refunded and reorder from different restaurant...You lost me as a customer and you have totally bad customer service all the way around...
