Phenomenal service. He repaired my luggage handle and was a pleasure to work with. I plan on bringing all of my future shoe repair work to him as well. Highly recommended - you cannot go wrong with this choice! Great quality - fair prices - and, he went over and above.

A little hard to find but worth the effort. He does great work, has fair prices and can solve problems. My most comfortable pair of shoes had a big sole problem which required some creative work. He saved my shoes! The only shoe repair shop I'll ever need.

He fixed my favorite boots! They're even better than when I got them! Be sure to bring cash or your checkbook - no credit cards.

I had no idea this place was here. I used to go to the one in the West Farms mall . They closed so I had to find another nearby place and I’m so happy I did .
This is a hidden gem . It’s behind the back so it was confusing but the kind gentleman answered my call and told me where to go .
I had 3 pairs of high end shoes and I was nervous but he did a very good job , I put sole protectors on them and I asked if it could be done before he closed and he was so nice and told me Ok .
Job well done at a good price too :)

I brought a travel suitcase in for repairs, including some stitching and zipper replacement. The proprietor went above and beyond. Not only did he complete the repairs as promised, he added a few other nice touches as well. He takes pride in his work, for sure.
