I didn’t get to do a final walk through before closing. I should have just walked away so that is on me. The previous owner left about 40 gallons of paint in the basement and some little things I asked to be fixed and weren’t done. Julie didn’t even show up at closing!! My closing was set at 9:30 am and at 1:30 in the afternoon I still didn’t have keys to my home. She told me how busy she was and how her assistant quit and she had taxes to get done. I feel her personal stuff should be done on her off time not when she is to be working for her clients. Although this was a for sale by owner she agreed to take this on. She also recommended a painter and 2 months later it is a struggle to get him to finish the project I paid $1400 for him too do. I am giving her a star for coming over to finish the painters job. She did do a great job on my shed and also took a dishwasher that didn’t work and was left by previous owner.
