Medrano's Mexican Restaurant - Quartz Hill

Popular local spot with a good selection of flavorful Mexican style food. We liked the fajitas and the tostadas. Good place for a family dinner or a festive occasion.

The albondiga soup was very good. Ground beef taco combo plate with a margarita was very good too.

I love the food here. Everything I've tried has been very tasty. The service is always good and the servers are awesome. My go to dish is the carne asada Taco plate. You will not leave hungry. The drinks are also very good. I highly recommend a margarita on the rocks. The prices are very reasonable . So if you are thinking of eating here you won't be disappointed.

I LOVE the carne asada fries!!!!!! I have only ordered fries multiples times and fajitas once and they were good also.

Great quality food and service. Best steak fajitas in the AV.

* Tonight we came for a friends birthday "ADEN" was our waiter on this night. When I say He made drinks for us that was incredible. The Food was Delicious as usual. what made this night special was "ADEN" Insisted on my friends Birthday Be Celebrated with his gift of a drink "Watermelon Margarita" that had my friend feeling so Happy on Her Birthday!!! Thanks "Aden" We we will be back soon!!!

** Erik has been our Host/Waiter everytime I have patronized. I've been to every single "Madrano's" In Antelope Valley. I must say "Erik's Customer Service" makes you want to take the drive for the good food. The Drinks are always made to perfection. The Food is always 5 Stars. I've only been Extremely Satisfied Each visit I had to make this review. So who ever is in management please Give Credit Where Credit Is Due!!!! Erik and the staff deserve an increase in pay!!!! Thanks "Erik" Thanks "Madrano's" I really enjoy and love this restaurant it reminds me of home & mom's cooking!!!!

My favorite Mexican restaurant. Love the atmosphere, love the food. The Botana platter is the best! Nice remodeling done in the bar. Be here Friday and Saturday for Karaoke. It's a blast!

Just started going to eat here. Food is very good. Service good. We will definitely be back.

Ask for Jose! He’s wonderful, very funny and very sweet. The first time we sat with him we got to talking about his religious jewelry. Next thing we know he comes back and is trying to give one to my mom and I. He’s a sweet heart. Highly recommend. The food is always good and service is always great.

First visit and very satisfied. The servers were great & worked as a team. We never had to ask for anything & were quick to get anything extra that we asked for. My carnitas tacos were great & my wifes shredded beef tacos were good too. Other people in our party got the fajitas and claimed they were very good as well. Prices were a little high, but you get what you pay for. Hope to be back again next time we are in the area.

Small karaoke bar. Drinks are strong. Food is fantastic. Easily the best carne asada tacos I've had in a long time. Enough meat to make 2 tacos from one.. 805 was ice cold served in a giant margarita glass. and the mixed drinks were strong. Easy 5/5

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Especially with a large group of friends.
Try the Botana Platter. You can choose the platter for one or two. They're huge! My husband and I couldn't even finish the plate for one.

I had rhe lunch special ceviche tostada. It was delicious. MY husband really liked his Carne asada. There were 9 of us and everyone like their food.

Great vibe at this establishment. Always good food and great company.

I am in town visiting family. So first time for me. We made reservations for a party of 11 for dinner. Table was all set and ready for us. The servers were attentive. They kept our salsa and chips filled. Waters glasses always topped up. Ordered margaritas, delicious!!! The menu is extensive. Food we ordered was prepared quickly. Ordered a variety of things. Personally I had the chicken fajitas. They were one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was nicely seasoned. Very happy with my choice. Absolutely would go again.

Great food, Great service, old school cantina feel. All around great restaurant.

This is my favorite spot for a shrimp burrito (wet) and margaritas.....if you up in the antelope valley area this place is a must.
