Customer service was great! We were a family consisting of one snow boarder, and four skiers. Buga did an excellent job fitting us for our boots and equipment. He was very knowledgeable and encouraging. This was my first time skiing and I needed to be refit for different boots on day 2. He listened to my concerns, and selected a different pair that ended up being perfect for me! His enthusiasm was contagious. Well done!

As first time skiers, we had arranged for rentals from Base Mountain for days 2 though 4 of our stay. On day one, went to Beaver Creek Sports where the lines were long and process was arduous. Base Mountain, on the contrary, was a delightful experience start to finish.The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. Erin especially was fantastic. My wife had slight discomfort with her boots after day one; the staff at Base Mountain immediately re-fitted her on day 2. Loved their hassle-free honor system as well.Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

This place is the best! I came in with some bindings that weren't set properly (bc I mounted them myself) and Patrick the manager patiently and skillfully adjusted them. Riding now is soooo much better, makes a huge difference. All the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable.
