Beautiful Starbucks and quite big inside. Excellent customer service and I LOVE they are going green. So if you order a drink for inside you get either a coffee mug or glass.

Great establishment. This place is well-run. The staff is friendly. I enjoy doing work in the clean cafe.

I’ve visited 3 different Starbucks in the area & this one is definitely my favorite! I wish I lived closer so I could go daily. I didn’t get their names but I know it was a woman & a man and it was a little after 11:30am today. Thanks for being so awesome, patient & friendly with me in the drive thru!

We went in as newbies, staff was patient and explained everything. We had a seat to drink our drinks and it was so peaceful

This is my favorite Coffee shop in Augusta. The employees are always very nice. I am more appreciative now cause sometimes workers don't show up at businesses and THEY ARENT OPEN. But these guys always show up! Thanks guys. Please bring back pistachio latte!

The young man that waited on me was awesome! My frappuccino and lemon loaf was delicious. My only complaint is they were out of quite a few things that I asked for in their bakery case.

Quick and accurate service. Clean and spacious store with plenty of seating.

I was able to set down and have a delicious tea this morning. It was quiet and not too crowded. The store was clean and the employees were very friendly.

This location is my favorite. I often come here to study. Inside, there are plenty of outlets and space to study. Wifi is very fast. Bathrooms are mostly clean, and the only one flaw is soap is often low. But last couple of times there were no problems.

As for drinks. Every drink I ordered was made how it was supposed to be. I never had any issues. I mostly order drinks and food via phone app. Sometimes, there is wait 10-15 minutes for mobile orders. But it is justified due to the volume of customers.

The guy who took our order in the Drive-Thru was super sweet and made sure our order was done correctly. He apologize for the wait, but it really didn't seem like it took that long. Great place and great service!

I don't frequently go to Starbucks but I have to say this was a good one. It was a Saturday morning and they were slammed,having some issues. But the group there communicated there was a problem to customers and did their best to get food items out in a timely manner. And they stayed friendly in the madness which can be difficult.

Double Chocolate Chip Frappe is EVERYTHING!!! I usually get my drink substituted with soy milk and no whip but it is really good. Make sure to tell them no coffee if you don't like coffee like that.

One of the larger Starbucks I've been to. There's plenty of small tables for one or two people, larger tables for four people, and two bar-height tables for large groups.

Try the hot chai drink with cinnamon chocolate croissant

Store was super busy and understaffed. I feel sorry for them as they are taking the slack from the Washington road store being renovated. While the guy with the green hair was a little snippy when he said they were busy (I’m not blind) and seemed angry to be at work, there was a female employee who went above and beyond to apologize( wasn’t a big deal, and I appreciated you).

Stopped by this morning on my way to work (Feb 10) and the place was slammed with drive-thru, Café, and mobile orders but the crew working was doing amazing!! I’ve worked in the service industry for several years and know how stressful rushes can be, and this team handled it so well. I hope they know how much they are appreciated!

Just got my drink from the Bobby Jones Starbucks and it honestly is the best drink I've ever had in my entire sad life. For once I can feel true happiness, thank you Molly for giving me another reason to get out of bed. Your drinks are sweeter then the cold release of death, God bless America.

This is the best Starbucks. They are super nice, hard workers, and make delicious drinks. I really love this location, esp for Night Shift, they are open late and never make me feel bad for coming in an hour til closing 🥲

Had a really rough, stressful day and walked into this Starbucks. All smiles and wonderful baristas. Truly turned my day around. Kindness goes a long way. They are a great group and the praline chestnut latte was wonderful as well.
