Dunkin'

Friendly staff ~ the man taking our order was very nice. Clean restaurant. Had a few tables outside. Parking lot is smaller and doesn't appear to have much space for large vehicles ~ has a drive through. Vanilla iced latte and breakfast was delicious. Dunkin is one of my favorite places to get coffee! Would recommend.

Edit 2 months after inital post. Staff in drive through were not friendly at all. They didn't mix the vanilla iced latte and handed us the cup and it was over filled and dripping everywhere. Parking lot is small and crowded.

I have been to a lot of Dunkin’s before, this is one of the best! The staff are always friendly and helpful! Rarely have I had mistakes on my order, and when I have, they are very apologetic and remake it perfectly! Highly recommend this Dunkin!

The lady behind the counter was so sweet and energetic! She engaged in a little conversation and made me smile after having a terrible day. I just want to say thank you and that my drink was amazing!

I frequent the Depere Dunkin often and everyday I get top service. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I like them so much that I brought them a gift bag of Kwik trip gift cards, EOS chapsticks and candy... they do a fantastic job and work hard! Keep up the great work!!

Jessica and others at the De Pere Dunkin are just the BEST! They are friendly, energetic, and Fun! They make me smile every time I go there, which is often!

I ordered door dash and my driver didn’t bring my drink, no big deal really! I will say though, I am on my fifth day of quarantine being stuck in a small room and I was realllyyy craving that coffee after a week of hell dealing with Covid. My driver was tipped handsomely for deciding to run back and grab the drink and ontop of that, when I called the store to let them know my driver was coming back, I was met with such a kind and sympathetic voice who ended up making me a fresh drink and letting me keep the old one too. Thanks to them both I got my quarantine coffee (and the delicious hashbrowns I was craving) and I am already feeling better💜

Customer service was very efficient and let us know when they would be able to help us and when our order was ready. Great teamwork!

Not sure who the gentleman was, but I stopped by today at 2pm and he made the best iced latte I’ve had from this location yet!

As usual the coffee was great and the donuts good. Used the drive thru.

I'm not the biggest coffee drinker in the world . The lady behind the counter recommended a drink I tried it it was really good and really definitely be back

I don't usually bother posting reviews of fast food type places, but I was really thankful for the Dunkin on Main Ave's crew today. don't know if the particular staff working this afternoon will ever see this, but I really appreciate their friendliness. They always make the atmosphere good, (the main reason I like to go to this Dunkin when I'm not broke lol) but I especially noticed today when they went out of their way to cheer me up. I love this Dunkin sm <3 :')

The staff were absolutely the best!! Next time, I will make sure I have cash for the tip. And give them extra!

This place, by far, has the BEST coffee.

Went to get my usual chai tea latte and they suggested adding caramel and pumpkin with pumpkin cold foam on top. I though I’d be adventurous and try something new. Best decision in my life! Thank you to the worker who suggested it to me it is now my newest obsession for this spooky season!

I loved the little doughnut bites. Coffee is ok. Service was great today! I read some of the other reviews, honestly people sound like they hate their own lives. Haha, keep up the good work Dunkin!

I was there yesterday and I loved to see the coworkers having so fun but still getting there work done and talking to the customers. I'm so greatful people can still have fun at there jobs. The service was amazing. I don't know the peoples names but they were so funny and talkative. My friends and I had a blast going to dunkin donuts. Love this place.

The staff today was friendly, quick, and ther food and latte was very good and fresh. I have been to this restaurant a lot and may have 4 star service a few times, but overall I am very happy. They never mess up my order and they are usually very friendly and pretty quick.

Very friendly staff, which I go to a lot of Dunkin Doughnuts and I can't say I've come across a rude person there. Fast service and coffee and doughnut were great even at 2pm!

Went there this morning. I used the mobile ordering app, and selected to pick up in the drive thru. Then decided I wanted to pickup some K-Cups, so headed inside. There were only 2 people working, and they were busy! I told them my mistake, and without skipping a beat, the two women working got me taken care of. They weren't flustered or irritated even though they were getting killed. If you have ever worked in the food service industry, you understand how that goes. Hats off to these two ladies for delivering amazing service!! I don't care if I stop here next time and there are lines out the door, and cars wrapped in their drive thru, I will wait and order. The two working today deserve a raise!!!
