Miner's Ace Hardware

Trying to keep it short as I can.
I went in one day, tried to get help copying my key, two associates tried their best to help me but technical issues and they couldn’t, they apologized and I went on my way, no big deal.
I came back and Justin who was greeting at the door remembered me and got the store manager Mike(I think) to help me, Mike helped me and trained Justin in the process personally. I really appreciated that a lot. I don’t go to Ace much but if you do, this place will take care of you. And anything I need that Ace will even remotely have, I’m going here!

They carry most things people need. Also they are just down the street. You can always find a staff member to help you.

I went to Miner's Ace Hardware to get a key replaced for my Toyota Corolla. The process ended up being more difficult because of the year of my car and how difficult it was to program. Missy and Sandra were amazing and their customer service was top notch! I am really grateful for a local hardware store with this level of customer service. Thank you!

OMG..... Miners in Arroyo Grande has such Beautiful flowers!!! I came in to spruce up our front yard and saw this in the front by their parking lot! I want this for my house! 🥰 Such care and really made me SMILE! Thank you Jeremy for all the added advice and for planting such gorgeous flowers for all to see. Prices are awesome and supply in spectacular 🤗 we had the Best time shopping today 😀

What a great day to go to Ace! Right when I walked in the door Ted offered to help me find the exact new chain I needed for my Stihl, which I bought there previously. Not only did Ted take me right to it he also offered to put it on for free which he did with blazing speed while I got the other things I needed.

What a great place to shop. We had a screw that was stripped in a bed frame we were trying to assemble. We took it to the store and Michael in hardware worked his magic and resolved the problem. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and friendly. Support your local businesses !

Love this hardware store over all others. The customer service is the best of any hardware store
The inventory is good with the exception of lumber supplies. Home Depot has the best in lumber. They are priced just a tad bit more than HoMe Depot.

I love this store. Always someone there to help. Makes finding everything I need so easy!

It must be difficult to compete with the big DIY hardware stores but they have found a way and have their own niche. It's staff that will help you with anything you need.

I have shopped with Miner's Ace hardware at most of their locations for business and for my own personal needs. They are always well staffed and ready to help. They even have a person they call the "shark' who wanders the floor looking for people who need assistance. They have knowledge of their products and professions in the trades that work for them. While I like all of their stores my personal favorite is the San Luis Obispo location. They always treated me like family and knew most of their regulars by name.

Great local hardware store. Family Owned, knowledgeable friendly staff. Still dealer. They have darn near everything. If you don't see it ask. I found out that they have concrete in the back. Save gas and time and shop our locally owned hardware. I've even shopping there since it changed over from being a Movie theater!

Such great customer service!! We purchase a BBQ here and they were prompt at locating it, helping us exchange an item, and even had it ready to load up in our car by two kind employees.

Close to my house, so always convenient! Usually has most everything I need to keep the house in order. Great people work here. The remodel has made a big difference and there seems to be more staff.

I love this place. They have a pretty good selection of tools in this location. From locks to garden soil and plastidip they have almost anything you need for a project. I found it quite impressive they even had the automobile products down to the plastic clips for door panels.

The customer service is amazing. Everyone at the front is amazing. I can't remember her name right now, but she is English, and she is so so so so nice. So are the rest of the staff in the back. They really take their time to make sure you are happy. I prefer to wait and be serviced right than have to come back 4 times.

They take the pain out of buying hardware especially if you're not mechanically inclined or don't know much and didn't use google! Ace is the only place I buy parts for my company.

This is my go to choice for all my yard and home improvement needs! Healthy plants that thrive long after they've been planted, and plenty of cool extras to make your yard somewhere you really enjoy being! From fountains to outdoor furniture and beyond, this is my favorite place!

They make you feel like family. Great plant selection and garden decor as well as painting materials and even the lumber department is amazing! My go-to place for home needs.
