This gem of a store is great. Jars of pickled garlic. Spice packets all made up for you. Balsamic vinegars and dressings. And best of all hot sauces! It was so hard to just pick one item! You will definitely walk out with a few different products. If you love cooking this is a great shop to stop into!

My first time in after moving to Geneva this summer! Amanda was so helpful and set me up with every staple item I needed, and then some! She was super knowledgeable and asked me all about how and what I enjoy cooking most and tailored everything to my lifestyle!

This is a hidden gem of a place that is my favorite store in Geneva. They have very high quality olive oils from all over the world. They introduced me to a depth of flavor I hadn't experienced in olive oil.

They also have a huge selection of balsamic vinegar that will impress even people who aren't into it, like me.

Lastly, the manager, Katherine, is super knowledgeable and helpful. She was great at educating me about the products without being at all pushy.

Oh yeah, they also have a wall of different spice packets, combinations that I've never thought or heard of. This would be a great place to expand your palate and maybe even make your own combos at home.

Recommendations: You can't go wrong with the single-origin olive oils they have on the right, as well as the 18 year balsamic vinegar.

Heaven for those who love food and cooking. I was a kid in a candy store having the hardest time making a decision since the selection is vast. You'll see rows and rows of great oils, vinegars and spices that you can taste and experience freely.
I love that the seasoning packets are sealed tight in heavy duty pouches. Pouches range about 1.5 to 2 oz. in size. The prices are reasonable with special deals for those who buy in quantity. All the ingredients are high quality with amazing flavor punches. The oils and vinegars are like fine wine with very unique flavors that are full of depth.
I can't wait to create amazing meals. It's great place to explore and just learn about what flavors appeal to you. You'll definitely up your cooking game with their products.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products without being intrusive. Laszlo, the owner is fun loving and a kind soul. My first experience was a blast and looking forward to going back. I highly recommend for those to explore what flavors you like.

We travel to restock on their great spices. The Mango Tango is our favorite for smoked salmon! Service was excellent and very kind staff.

I needed a certain spice and went to the Galena Garlic Company last Friday in the hope of finding it. I was told that they didn't have it at that time. I was walking down the street and a minute later a woman from Galena Garlic Company came running after me, in the very cold weather!, holding the spice I was looking for. It was above and beyond for her to do that and I really appreciated it.

Food is excellent brisket is awesome service is very quick and friendly and very accommodating and family friendly. My family will be returning for sure with friends.
