Nikki in customer service went above and beyond! I had gone up to customer service to see if my friend whose daughter lost her cochlear implant in the store had been turned into lost and found. Nikki jumped into action and went around the store with us to help look and when we were ready to accept the fate it was gone, she went and said she was going to check a few more places and low and behold she found it! Definitely provided us amazing customer service!

Oh yeah I love this Target. Never mind that it's kinda on the brink of the middle of nowhere... they've got all the things you've come to love about Target at this here location: you can get snacks, some neat clothes, there's even a well hidden auto section built into the home goods area (unfortunately they removed the automotive sign, so it's kinda hard to find). Toys have been on clearance for the lady month or so. Be sure to check all the store end caps for special deals.

I love shopping at Otsego Target. The store has cleaned and organized aisles, it is very spacious, and the people that work there are friendly. Great location in Otsego, too.

I love shopping at Target! Everything is always clean and well organized. I’m usually able to find what I’m looking for plus some extra. Products are very high quality, worth spending a little extra here and there. I love looking at the home decor, books, and collectibles (which I call my nerdy section). The workers are always so friendly and efficient. Although sometimes I shop elsewhere if it’s closer or I need a cheaper shopping trip, I prefer Target to its competitors because I know I’ll have a good experience every time.

This is by far my favorite Target to shop at! Everyone is so wonderful, friendly and helpful! The store is kept very clean and well stocked compared to a lot of other locations. A lot of my family member will go out of their way to come up to this location simply because it's less crowded and a much better shopping experience!

This really is the best Target I've been to. There's even a liquor store! Great grocery selection and my girls and I love the clothing section that is ever changing. There's also a Starbucks.

Prices on par with online outlets, very reasonable selection of products (given the cost of shelf-space), clean and inviting store, friendly and helpful staff... just what we need to choose in-store over on-line shopping. Good job, Target!

This is not the usual Target that I stop by, but I was in the area and needed to pick up some items so I went in.

The layout is pretty similar to the stores that are closer to where I live so it didn't take too much effort to find what I was looking for.

The place is clean, and the staff seemed really friendly. If I'm in the area again and have a need for something, I will definitely stop back in.

I love the ease and convenience of the Drive Up service at thr Otsego Target. The employees are always friendly and my order is brought to my car in a timely manner. My orders have been shopped correctly and the product is always in great condition. I also appreciate the ability to use coupons and that Target notifies me when there is a deal for something I have put in my cart.

I can always get what I want or need. I can do self checkout which is the best in the business - no fussiness with large items or multiple items. I have never had to have a staff person do something because the thing wants me to put it on the shelf.

The Target that I usually shop at is always clean and organized. I can always find what im looking for and typically everything is stocked (at least when I come in). Love the choices of products and the fact that I can find vegan and cruelty free products as well as healthy food choices at reasonable prices. Love the displays and the music. Wouldn't shop anywhere else! Tuesday Target run is like yoga for me!

This is the best target I’ve been to!! It’s nice to shop here; not a chore. And I love that they offer pickup by bringing your items to your car! The drive-up option is great since I have two babies. I’ve had the same lady bring out my items every time and she is so nice and friendly! Makes my day.
I also love that they have a liquor store connected to it! So convenient! Love this target in Otsego.

I love target , it’s clean and ours is under remodel so a little challenging. Customer service experience a few weeks ago wasn’t the best , they need to be more pleasant. Associate helping me find carpet cleaner tonight was extremely helpful .

I absolutely love Otsego Target. Their staff is amazing and helps me and my family any time we need it. Their clothes people are wonderful to be around and always drop what they’re doing to help a guest! Such a clean store, you can tell the people working there work hard. The remodel made the store look great, although the aisles are a little too tight in the clothing department. I have a little trouble finding some things around the store, but the staff always has no problem pointing me in the right direction or showing me. Thank you for everything you do to keep this busy Target beautiful and running!
