Went in there this evening (8/12/2017) to buy gas and smokes and had a good conversation with the 2 girls but the younger one is a cutie! And if im in the area or passing through i will be stopping in even if i dont need something precific, im going to be stopping just to see if the young chick is there just to say hi! You all need more employees like them! They are easy to talk to no matter what the conversation is and helpful!

Cumberlands on 110: pleasant, helpful staff. It may be 3 minutes out of the way, but well worth it, to avoid the general negativity of the Elm St. location.
To be fair, the late-day staff are pleasant to interact with. However, the early day staff members are not only the Eeyors of the convenience store industry, they are often outright rude to customers who don't deserve it; and in ways that are inexcusable. This behavior is mentored by a supervisor, who appears to work hard but is clearly (and vocally) unhappy. Comments and responses to customers frequently range from angry to snarky (though not necessarily clever) to apathetic. The disposition of the customer appears irrelevant. They are forever put out and disinterested in assisting. Any gesture on their part is a courtesy at their discretion rather than basic civility, which should be expected with customer service to assure a business volume that keeps the doors open for all shifts. There are always options... and no need to make one's misery everyone else's burden.

They’re usually fairly nice at this place. But a young lady named Paige refused to make fresh coffee even when I pointed out that the red light on the coffee pot was on, indicating that the coffee was expired. I did try the coffee and it was disgusting and burnt tasting. Paige needs to follow up on her training and learn how the equipment at her job works.

Just set my son into the store with $60. The cashier said He only gave her 40 when me and my son both counted it. She refuses to count the draw and tells me to come back in 2 days after she stole $20 for me and my son. Well, I was in there. I got to listen to her complain about other customers and how rude they are and how disrespectful They are when by my experience in there. This lady is super disrespectful told me she's the manager, but then told me she doesn't have the power to recount the draw. Or look at the cameras. The owner should really do something about his help in there. Either pay them better or have them trained better. So they are nicer to their customers.

It was about 1:15 on a Friday afternoon. The store was not busy at all. Their were 2 girls behind the counter. They were just chatting and laughing away. Went to make a hotdog.. no buns I had to ask. Ithe topping bins were empty. I asked where they were and they shouted where to find ketchup & Mustard.I asked where the onions and relish was and told that they didn't have time to put that stuff out
Really? I think they were to
busy talking. I was very disappointed. All the number farms in Warwick RI are run excellent. I mean who the heck is in charge?

Cannot get a coffee at 5 am, as the clerk stares at his phone he mumbled i don't have time to make coffee i am to busy! Every Monday morning there is fresh coffee and the area is neat and organized and clerk is a gentleman.

Forgot my jacket, 15 degrees out and the cashier kept stopping the pump not letting me sit in my car, even with the door open just to block the wind. Full service stations leave the pump running and walk away, no reason I can’t pump in my car. Not like I went inside. The night crew sucks pretty bad. If you don’t like your job go find a new one, just like I don’t like your customer service, so I’ll take mine else where.

Never go to this one. My husband went in there to buy a pack of cigars and forgot his id. I understand new rules they need to card everybody. I went in to buy them for him wirh my id and they refused. Ridiculous their reasoning cuz he didn't have an id they couldn't sell to me. If I could give negative stars I would. The one on Haverhill road has a nicer staff and better treatment of its customers.

POOR SERVICE, EMPLOYEES WERE PLAYING AROUND, USING CURSE WORDS. HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO STOP TALKING TO EACH OTHER TO PLAY SOME LOTTERY AND MAKE A PURCHASE. CONSTANTLY CLOWNING AROUND AND VERY LOUD! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WOULDN'T STOP YELLING AT EACH OTHER ESPECIALLY THE HEAVY SET FEMALE WITH BLACK HAIR. I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 4 EMPLOYEES 7/10/20 3:00PM
