I was in your 1632 Central Avenue Colonie, NY location and felt as though one of your employees, Tatiana, really stood out for her kindness, her help (as I had quite a few items) and her "can do" attitude. She truly is a STAR employee and you are EXTREMELY lucky to have her! People like Tatiana are hard to come by and for these reasons (& I'm sure there are many more) I feel as though this woman should be recognized! I also sent an email to corporate as I feel I should make them aware as well. People these days are so quick to point out and complain about the bad while often forgetting to acknowledge the good and the positive. This is exactly the reason for my email! I was so impressed with Tatiana's effort and attitude that I felt it necessary you should know. You are EXTREMELY lucky to have her as she truly is an asset to the Cumberland Farms Family!

The business has 100%improved since the business first opened. More more product items to choose from. Wider selection of drinks and food. I prefer Cumberland over Stewart's. But Stewart's ice cream is the best.

Very clean and nice place. Cashier are very nice and good. I visited first time this place he explained me about Cumberland SmartCard and he told about free food points. So cool 👏

My favorite place to stop for gas when in Colonie. As busy as it gets, there's rarely a wait here. Cashiers are friendly. Coffee is always ready to go.

Cumby's in general have made huge overhauls to many of their stores, including this one. Much improved food-to-go and drink selections. Keep up the great work.

This place is awesome. I'm a wheelchair user who needs help with pumping gas. All I have to do is call into the store and they come right out to help and they're always very pleasant about it, no matter what the weather or how busy they are. GREAT customer service!

got in an accident right in front of store on central ave. my boyfriend and i went in and the staff were externally nice, even gave us free coffee. i can't thank them enough!

Tommy rocks! But one woman with long dark hair that I have seen several times working the day shift has an awful disposition and has been rude to me and other customers. Maybe she's just going through a tough time but you should leave your problems at home.
However, a young man named Tommy is a perfect polite gentleman every time we come in the store. He goes above and beyond to help us. It is rare to find such exceptional customer service. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have gone back to the store after the way I was treated by the other employee. He deserves a promotion and a raise!

Been here many many times, it's a good cumbys. That being said, hours say 24hrs but was there at 10:30 on a Sunday night and they were closed. Not sure what the actual hours are but they are not 24 hour anymore I guess?
