Visited this location for the Mulch Sale about a week back and had an amazing experience. The three guys who loaded my truck with 30 bags of mulch made sure not to give me broken bags and stacked it in a manner that there was still room for a few more. I wish I could remember their names so I could say thank you. 1 fault, we purchased stones and thought "oh. Wow. What a deal for $2.08" only to go to home Depot and they have the same stone for $1.78. they have most of the same brands but different prices. Guess it's whatever your preference is. Will return to this location.

Helpful pointing out where needed items could be found. Helpful tip: There are less expensive plastic drop cloths on the aisle with moving/packing supplies than in the paint aisle.

I had a pin hole leak in my copper pipe I called two plumbing companies for estimates they were both over $500 for repairs in the meantime I had duct tape holding back the water although it was still dripping....the lowes associate showed me something called Plumbpack pipe repair kit that sealed the leak after watching it for two weeks with no leaks I repaired the drywall the kit was one $5.99.

So I have been going to this Acworth store since last year, and I never really have any issues with returning items or buying in store or online. I want to mention some extremely helpful people here because they deserve 5 ⭐. Mister Jack at the customer service is very kind. Always patient with every situation. He make sure the customer is taking care of. Mister Bill at the doors and Windows is just very knowledgeable and helpful. He literally called me to make sure my order was delivered on time without any problems. Mister Floyd at the Paint section is very helpful and kind. Always smiling and willing to help.

I recently had to buy some plywood, everyone there was very nice and kind. They helped me get my wood and loaded it in my truck for me. Great job.

Took a few trips to get things right but employees tried best could and willing to help

There is a man here named Allen! He is amazing! He helped me find what I needed and he was very friendly and patient. He is definitely an asset to this company! Thank you ALLEN!!!

Actually had the tool chest I was looking for (I'd been to multiple Home Depots and despite saying in stock they were out).

Also an employee named Mack helped haul that big tool chest into my small car after I politely asked. He was very helpful and I appreciate him doing that for me.

I was walking through the isles with my son and Mack approached me asking if I needed help. He helped me find what I was looking for with my closet project. Thanks Mack!

Visited this store today to buy a smoker and had a wonderful experience thanks to an exceptional employee, Alan. Alan answered all our questions, helped us load the grill on his own and when he left us he immediately went to go assist more customers. You guys need more employees like Alan!

We came in looking for a leaf blower and hose stand. The leaf blower we wanted ended up being on a promotional deal and Allen found us looking at the poster. He proceeded to efficiently assist us and saved us $20. We didn't prefer Lowes over Home Depot until we met Allen!

A friendly young man named Ashe in paints helped me quickly locate 2 items, one of which was not in his department. And the woman at checkout was friendly and helpful too (needed pine straw). Sorry I didn't get her name.

Lowe's shelves were fully stocked with merchandise. The inventory seems to be organized and ready to be stocked in the store when needed. The employees were very helpful and polite. They were approachable and knowledgeable. I give this Lowe's an A+.

I had tried several stores including Home Depot for a Dryer Belt. Most places you have to order online. One of the few stores that still keep a decent stock of everything. Sometimes I want to sort my DIY jobs out immediately. They come through in such instances.
