CVS

Thanks to “Brandon” from the pharmacy. I had to leave work early to try and pick up some medicine for my dad and I was able to make it there but a little pass the closing time which is 6. I got there around 6:08 and they were just starting to close. A different assistant at the said they were closed but “Brandon “ was kind enough to say he would help me. Which he did and that was great to see him help even after the closing time. Great customer service! Thank you!

The people I spoke with here were both terrific—personable, helpful, informed, professional, smart... I actually enjoyed my quick errand. There were also some unexpectedly useful & attractive items on sale. It was pretty much perfect.

The cashiers are always very polite. You can tell they deal with a lot of different personalities in customers, but always are polite. It is a clean store, the bathroom could use remodeling, but is still clean. I have no experience with the pharmacy

I go to this CVS location to pick up my prescriptions..and have been going here for a long time. I want to compliment Deborah in Pharmacy who always greets you with a smile, is helpful, knowledgeable and so courteous. I just appreciate her amazing attitude and customer service skills. I believe customer service is dying and to have someone like her at a store you frequent often is a God send. Thank you to Deborah. I will follow her anywhere she goes. I called and left a msg to the Corporate office also and am awaiting a return phone call to let them know, ad well.

They were diligent enough to message my doctor and let him know that he forgot to give me something for the other symptoms of my cold. Highly satisfied with them.

(short version - have been going here for years, employees whether in the store or the pharmacy are freaking awesome and I have no idea what these negative reviews are about ... see below for the long version if you have the patience to read my wall of text :P ) ..

I should start out by saying I know people personally who work in the retail pharmacy business so I have a certain insight that they don't... for example, the pharmacy recently shortening their store hours to 8pm (though there's a possibility that they might change back to being open until 9pm again, wait and see)...

As far as the negative reviews stating customers were mistreated.. sorry, I've been going to this CVS for years and I've never been mistreated once , ever in my many years going there. What I have been greeted with are respectful, polite, helpful employees whether you're talking about the cashiers at the store or the pharmacy staff.. I notice the assistant manager - short woman with the short red hair - has been mentioned in more than one review as being an absolute delight, something I totally agree with, out of all the employees there she's my favorite (though honestly all the employees there have treated me fairly well).

As far as complaints over having to wait to get your prescription.. I think in this day and age it's safe to assume most of us have access to the internet... google "manage my cvs prescriptions", create an account, and just use that to determine whether or not your prescriptions are ready to pick up before you go in and if you have to wait anyways.. honestly I'd much rather my pharmacy staff take the time to get my medication or a fellow customer's meds right than to end up killing someone because some angry customer is freaking out over having to wait... dude, at the end of the day this is medication you're putting into your body that can KILL YOU if you rush the pharmacist and their staff... I'd much rather wait and be safe thank you very much.

I've found the pharmacy staff to be nothing but polite, friendly and helpful too, going above and beyond the call of duty (like calling my doctor for a refill on a prescription that has no refills which by all rights is something I really should be doing, I see how busy they are at that pharmacy - they're always on the go)... look, sometimes your doctor is going to just plain get the prescription wrong or there's going to be some sort of miscommunication between the doctor and the pharmacy , or maybe your insurance company makes some sort of mistake and doesn't pay for a medication that it should be.. when this sort of thing happens, here's a helpful tip... don't get angry, don't get upset no matter how stressed out you are between work or the kids or whatever... remember that the pharmacist and her staff (tech's) are human beings too, so treat them as such... politely explain the problem and I can guarantee they will do their best to try and help you... in short just... be nice. That approach has yielded much better results for me than getting upset and hollering and yelling.

This is something I think we all forget to do - we've somehow been conditioned and trained to feel we have to scream and yell at the top of our lungs to get results and I can guarantee you that's not going to work nearly as well as you think it will. If being nice doesn't work then you contact the district manager (there have been some VERY rare occasions when I've had to do this... not CVS, I'm talking decades ago with other retail organizations and employees who really should not have been at their jobs because they obviously didn't care) and.. you might get results you might not, I've found more often than not you do if you continue to be polite and just respectfully explain what went wrong and why it bothered you but... if you don't then obviously this is a business that doesn't care about you and you just stop shopping there and go somewhere else.. but above all else, always maintain your dignity and composure... otherwise you just cheapen yourself.

This CVS is my go to! Everyone there is beyond nice, always seeking to help, and just overall have positive attitudes.

Had an issue with my coupons and the girls at the cashier today were awesome with helping me out

Even know sometimes it could be a wait at pharmacy dept because of Covid testing! The employees there are so Helpful!

There's a lady manager there (I think she's a manager) she's awesome. Short hair. Always friendly when I stop into the store. Seek her if u need any help
