AT&T Store

This was my third time at this store and I must say I've been blown away with the friendliness of every employee I have had so far. Today the manager, I believe his name was Joe, helped me as far as he could. Unfortunately what I needed help with was something I had to call customer service about. (AT&T has trash for phone customer service, but that has nothing to do with this location.)
Overall friendly, neat. Attentive and efficient.

Both gentlemen in the store went above & beyond to solve the issues in order to get new phone activated & in my humble opinion are 100% vital to the organization. THE SKY IS THE LIMIT BABYEH 🇺🇸. Hope to see them continue the many years forward with AT&T in their own career direction if offered various positions some day in future as they are doing a wonderful job! Keep up the great work! Hard work ALWAYS PAYS OFF!

Tyrell was so nice and helpful. He helped my daughter get a phone and he had patience with her. This was her first transaction as an "adult" and he helped her with everything. Great customer service.

The best customer service hands down!! Eduardo & Joe were Fantastic. Helped transfer my service to my new iPhone! Will be back when husband’s comes in.

Alexis was the most knowledgeable and best rep I have ever experienced with being a client for 20+ years.

No wait - very personal service and product selection was ideal. My phone model is unique and she immediately knew what options were available and advised me of options.

My phone was a 6 and ? Years old! I did not want to give it up. My whole life was in that phone. Josh was my representative and he made the whole process perfectly painless! Reduced my bill, transferred my info and I walked out with my phone in a shiny new home! Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure how to spell his name, but Emad was absolutely wonderful. I had no wait at all when I went in at 7:30pm and the next day at 12:30pm. He provided the best customer service I've ever had at a cell phone service store. He was extremely friendly and attentive and went above and beyond not only to help me with my phone problem but also to make my 2 toddlers feel comfortable. He and the other employees were so wonderful with my kids - I also have a newborn and so their understanding and help blessed me so much. I would go back to this specific store just to get help from Emad. He was fantastic.

I have had a great experience every time I have been in the Anna store upgrading my entire family's phones to iPhone 14. Ben has handled it with flying colors and kept me at ease each time a new one shows up and I have to go in and trade in my old phones. He got us the best deal on our family plan and also the best deals on our new phones. Still have 1 phone left to do out 5 but I know it will be a slam dunk. Thank you again Ben and AT&T Anna!

Tyrell is awesome they didn’t have the phone I wanted but he ordered it for me and helped me with everything I needed.

They called me and said they would fix the situation and I am very pleased. I never thought they would actually respond so this was a pleasant surprise. Thank you very much!

I was happy with the service I received until today. 2 months ago (March 12), I went in to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for an iPhone 13 pro max. The guy helping me, can’t remember his name and he didn’t give me a receipt, guaranteed me $800 credit for the phone I was trading in. Fast-forward to today and I find out that I only received $105 credit. Turns out, I didn’t have the required data plan to qualify for the $800 credit, which he didn’t inform me about. He had access to my account details and knew what I was wanting but sat there and said nothing. He GUARANTEED me $800 for the trade-in. I could’ve sold my old phone on the street for more than they gave me. I will never shop this store again. If you can’t focus on your job without answering personal calls and talking to coworkers about your lunch break, maybe you shouldn’t be in retail. Do better.

Best customer service ever from Rosie! I got the phone I wanted and everything was transferred over without any interruption or issues. I have done business with AT&T for years, at various stores, but the Anna location is the absolute BEST! They are very thorough and take time to do the job right as opposed to rushing you out to get to the next person. I highly recommend!

The new manager is doing a great job of turning the store around and made sure I had what I needed instead of trying to upsell me. He even showed me how to put two numbers on one phone. If you had a bad experience with the previous management, like we did, you should give the new manager Alan (not sure on spelling) a visit.

Rosie Ruiz at the Anna Texas store was awesome. She answered all my questions over the phone then when I walked into the store, she continued to present herself in a very professional and friendly manner took care of absolutely everything I requested. She was a pure delight to work with. She should be the standard that all your employees are held to.

My wife was excited to finally get a new phone and loved the fact that Anna had a store. We saw the reviews weren’t great but we decided to give it a chance and we absolutely loved Savannah and her service. She made everything so easy and seemed to always think ahead to make it a seamless process. I hope more people give them a chance because we enjoyed it and will go back soon for my new phone.

Was able to add a line to my existing account and get a free iPhone 8. Ashley and Jamie were extremely helpful! They knew how to process the job effectively and efficiently and have great customer service! Highly recommend!

The best experience in this Anna store.. Ashley was the best help with starting new accounts and getting our daughters set up while they are attend 2 separate colleges hours away.. she contacted techs so that all 4 of us were set up. Since it took a little longer doing this while our daughters were away they gave us free products ! Which was awesome since we were the ones who entered with the weird request. They took the time and walked our daughters thru the process at other AT&T locations so that everyone was on network.. Thank you again Ashley for helping us and being patient with us.

Jaime was super! She was friendly, fast and knowledgeable! Huge help getting me a new phone and plan. Definitely will be my go to store. The other staff working with her were also great. 👍👏

Samantha was awesome. I went to the Plano location on Thursday and she was so helpful, I had to think about the things and I asked if she would be there tomorrow and she said in Anna. So I drove to Anna Friday. She was patient and explained everything to me! Great experience, next time I need help I will be going to this store!

Nothing but exceptional service at this AT&T store. Mattison is awesome. A true asset to AT&T. She was thorough and quick with my transfer and was able to help me with all my questions. She was also very sweet and kind. This will always be my go to AT&T store.
