7-Eleven

This place is clean and the staff is Fantastic. They don't have cash back but they have an ATM. The owner is a very nice man and shout out to Yousef!! Always a smile on his face and actually, almost always there. My favorite 7-11 in Dallas.

Ran in to get snacks & drinks. I needed to go to the ladies' room, but it was locked. Kevin, the cashier, greeted me with a friendly smile and politely said, "we keep it locked bc of the traffic. I'm gladly open it for you.". To my surprise 😮 when I stepped in, IT WAS CLEAN....wow! Now, from time to time, when I've gone into 711 RR, they aren't always clean and sometimes, neither the store. I had to do a review on 3 things:

1)The store was clean. The drink machines & slurpee dispensers were clean. The counters, the food in the warmer, looked inviting to eat, and the floors were clean.

2) Cashier, Kevin was amazing! Friendly, smiled the entire time and genuinely wanted to help, and he was glad you came in! Great customer service! We need people like this!

3) RR...wow! Not to compare, but this Rr reminds me of QT RR, they are always clean. You don't be afraid of something eating you while you squat down to tinkle. Thank you 711 for the 3 above.

Everytime I go people are flowing and the store is clean but in a rush the store can get disorganized, but they clean when the rush is over awesome store

This is my go-to 7-11 when I'm visiting my Dallas family. Bin is super sweet.

I've never had a problem.

They are NOT open 24 hours. Store needs to change to the correct time of open and closed hours. I'm pretty sure this isn't the only store that does this same thing.

This place has its up and downs

I went to this location as it is near my house and had a terrible experience. The older man who is a cashier with a name tag “George” which I’m sure that is not his name , was EXTREMELY rude and when I informed him that I would not be coming back and would report him to management, he cursed and also said he didn’t care. If this is the type of people allowed to work there with no lack of professionalism and customer service then I see why the reviews are so low.

Not a mask in sight on employees, no signage about mask requirements to enter the store and no enforcement of mask mandates. It gets worse every time I go in there, which is sometimes twice a day.

Update after reporting store. I visited recently and cashier who assisted me prior was being condescending by calling me out recognizing me and loudly saying all I do is cause trouble when I have never had any issues with them until recently that food was just never fresh. For started that is unprofessional and uncalled for to do that to a customer for correcting their wrong doings and service with food. I will be updating corporate with this interaction I had since he seems to have a problem with me now and being personal with his comments

Good customer service. Only issue I have with this location is sometimes I go to buy hot food and it's old! I can never anticipate if there will be fresh food or not. I uber to this store for snacks cause it's closest to me with no transportation. Today I was just baffled by what I saw. I had manager throw away all the pizza boxes cause the pizzas where just horrible! The last purchase I made before today I bought 18 dollars of hot food. I got 2 containers of wings 5 tatcitos and a pizza slice and chips. When I hot home I had to throw the food away. It wouldn't be the first or last time. December 20th at 9:18 pm I paid for these items and was refunded only $9.05 wich was not covering the 18 dollars I paid. Or the previous charges for bad food that I had to throw away too. The pizza tasted like plastic from how long it sat in the container just cooking after hours and hours sitting there. If this is how this store serves hot food I can imagine how many other people who buy there too and have had to throw the food away and money 💰... reported and hope it gets fixed. not all money is good money! They should serve fresh food to keep ppl buying not repeling customers from serving disgusting food!

Dirty filthy disgusting store. Hope I don't get sick from the slurpee. Half of the flavors weren't working either. Thanks for the reply.. if you truly wanted to do something 7/11 you'd read all the other bad reviews and fix the store. Won't be returning.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this 7 eleven. These guys are unprofessional, rude and never say hello or have a great day. I just left there sat March 25th at 6:20pm since I work down the street. An employee walked out of the bathroom as I approach it and I ask if I could use the bathroom and the employee answers by telling me the bathroom is broken today. Are you kidding me I just heard you flush it and walk out (which im sure he didn't wash his hands) The place is very dirty and smells like spoiled milk. Very unpleasant. Worst 7 elevenI've ever been to, hands down.

The employees here are so rude! I just witnessed them yelling at a kid for paying with change! Threatening them if they come back with just change they will not take it! Telling the poor little kids go to Walmart and get it changed for dollars! So rude! Older guy and a younger guy to! They are kids so what if they paid with change if you don't like it go work somewhere else!
