I always go to this location because the employees are so knowledgeable and so helpful! I was in the market for a new device today and needed some guidance and Jake and Micah were incredible, as always! They made sure I was happy with my purchase and got the best deal possible!

I absolutely this location! I’ve been a customer for almost 3 years and I’ve never once been disappointed in my service. Cameron is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable and kind people to work with and it shows! The entire staff is fantastic and so helpful. I’ve said before that it feels like I’m waking into my friends house going there, because they are so welcoming! I never feel stupid or intimidated asking questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

I have only ever seen the manager working. I can’t remember his name but he is amazing! Extremely personable and on top of every product I have had questions about. Recommended to me the Geek bars and I am a concert. Can’t go wrong here.

I go between this location and the Tecumseh location and I have to say I LOVE the employees at both. Saline is very helpful, they are always super nice and the one guy always compliments me when I’m in there, whether it’s my nail color or my boots lol. And I love it. They are patient when I’m indecisive and always very kind. The two employees working tonight 1/24 at like 7ish pm are the absolute best. But I’d say they are all a 5 star for me :-)

I never review anything, but I started coming here when my job was moved and I cannot tell you how helpful all the staff is, Cameron is awesome and I have never had a bad experience here. Someone give these folks a raise, they deserve it.

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. The people here are friendly, knowledgeable, and the store is kept clean and well stocked. The manager Cameron is always extremely helpful and willing to listen if you're having a bad day or have specific issues and need help finding the right product. If you're in the area I highly recommend checking it out!

The friendly guys at the counter were most helpful in selecting the right vape battery.
They advised me to avoid overnight charging, which is what's been shortening my vape batteries' lives.
Today, when I purchased some new Kodo Pro batteries, I was told to hold on to my receipt, and if there were any failures, within two weeks, they would replace the batteries! For that, I am giving them the 5-star rating.
This is a tobacco based store. There's no cannabis. But it's full of all the rolling papers, lighters and vape accessories you need.
They are a five-star kind of place.

The crew here offers outstanding customer service. The manager, Cameron, always finds me the best deals on cigarettes and routinely points out new brands in my price range, because he takes the time to know his customers. In addition to Cameron, the rest of the staff consistently provides exemplary customer service -- I have come in every two weeks for years now and I have never been disappointed. Because Wild Bill's has the best prices on my brand and the staff is so courteous, helpful and cool, I choose to drive a bit further to this particular Wild Bill's store to get my cigarettes. In an era besmirched by particularly low quality customer service, this Wild Bill's location really stands out. Incidentally, Cameron also listens to excellent music. I recommend this place very highly!!!

This is the best Wild Bills I've ever been to!! They are the only shop who ensure to keep a stock of my preferred eliquid, and are extremely helpful with any other inquires I have. The deals they have are also excellent, and I make sure to stop by every Wednesday!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. They always give good suggestions when I'm looking for a new vape juice and they are always very patient and accommodating while i try to decide what to get lol

The group of guys that work out of Saline location are awesome! Knowledgeable about their products and definitely set you in the right direction if you're starting with vaping! Also will visit other local locations because of couple of guys have came out of here and are now managers in other locations...again these guys know their stuff!

Best store around the area! Cam the manager and Waverly the assistant manager are amazing, truly helpful and knowledgeable! Jacob is so knowledgeable works hard and is very customer dedicated! All staff and the store are phenomenal!

Easily the best smoke shop in Ann Arbor area, normally deal with Cam, he is highly knowledgeable in all products but will also not steer you wrong when you are looking for specific items and getting the best deal, won’t spend my money anywhere else!!!

This location is great. I won’t go to any other Wild Bills anymore.

Cameron the store manager is the man! Customer service is always top tier, knowledge on product they sell is absolutely phenomenal! Won’t go anywhere else.

Always very friendly and helpful staff! I go in almost once a week now between me and my husband, and they know our preferences and help suggest new flavors or things to try that we enjoy.

This place has an amazing staff everyone of them knows what they are talking about they warn you about things such as overnight charging and even on their own products such as before you buy a vape they tell you "hey this doesn't have batteries so you are gonna have to get some" and the manager cam has helped me out so many times he talked me a vape yesterday because I was talking I wanted to switch away from the disposable ones and honestly love the vape and juices he's suggested

Customer service is exceptional. Employees don't try to upsell you, and in my experience, they've applied coupons or showed me cheaper alternatives to what I came looking for.
