Walmart Supercenter

2/13/2024 @approximately 3pm & check out lane #20 (I didn’t get her name) but she was great! Honestly! The reason I’m pointing this out is bc lately we’ve had some pretty unpleasant cashiers. Not just this location but also in Gaylord. & it’s nice to see a greeter at the doors too:) Store was pretty clean & things in place. Bathroom was clean also.

The gentleman greeting customers on the customer service side does an amazing job. He is so friendly and nice. I’m glad Walmart has someone like him.

Also I want to say I feel bad for the pharmacy workers. Our local Walgreens shut down and now they have to deal with the over flow from there. My prescription was called in the day before and was received by the pharmacy. Went in the next day to be told they have not processed it yet and it will be at least 30 minutes. I get that you are now more busy than usual with the up tick in customers but a full 24 hours later and you haven’t even started to process my prescription. You can see the stress that this is causing on the workers because of having to deal with grumpy customers. There attitudes and demeanor has gone down hill. There has to be a balance and understanding not just between the customer but also the workers. I hope it gets better for them.

I was pleased to see security was on par, and the team members kept the sales floor clean and easy to get around; even when they were working hard at the re-mod. Gracey helped me find some popcorn, and was polite when she told me she was helping another customer before me, but would be right with me. Big ups to her for treating every guest with a friendly attitude; even if I could tell she had a lot to get done.

Went for a few groceries and things needed for home. Reasonably priced and found a few sale items. Son used disability cart to get around and it went dead on him before he could check out

I was there just for an eye exam, so can't say much about the rest of the store, but, WM is WM.
The vision center was under renovation, but no worries.
Optometrist was very knowledgeable and professional.

This Wal-Mart is the cleanest and most organized Wal-Mart I have ever been to.

What can I say? I love Walmart! This particular Walmart did not disappoint. I found everything I needed.

I've never had a bad experience here. Great store with about anything you could need. There is also online pickup so you don't even have to go into the store if you don't have to.

A cooler located in the front of the store, to hold milk and other products for us consumer's that are only stoping for a few things would be amazing.

I’m just here to counter a 1 star review left by this “Karen” a few months ago. She’s so full of entitlement and expects every business to bend their rules to her convenience. Walmart, you do you, no retailer is perfect. Fabric counter, keep up the great work

It was great talking to all of the people standing in line trying to return the pop bottles. One machine closed, one had a maintenance issue and people were bringing in multiple carts at a time on the rest. There has to be a better way.!!!! Now I know why my wife won't return them 😁

Friendly employees, always clean, carts are available when I have been there.

Has like the best deals. The only thing I don't care for is they took price checkers off the floor
