I would give more stars if possible! After having multiple issues and horrible service with the store in Cullman I called the Arab store. Each time I had a question the staff answered the phone and answered each question. I had the easiest and most professional experience upgrading my cellphone. The young lady was knowledgeable in what the phone could do and how to help me change over. I was so pleased that when my husband needed an upgrade we drove back there and the gentleman helped us. He knew the phones in and out. He helped with accessories, the easiest way to transfer all our information, and was friendlier than most. We will definitely be returning to this store regardless of the extra drive. Thank you to the staff at the Arab store!

My cricket store is the greatest best service and nicest people

By far the best wireless store in Arab. The staff is wonderful and are very knowledgeable. The prices are fantastic. If every store manager was as enthusiastically involved as the one at cricket in Arab shopping experiences around the world would be changed drastically for the better. Save money, have a pleasant experience, great signal, and unlimited data? It's a checklist for a prize winning store!
