Dollar General

We needed a few things traveling in a RV and had no place to rest for the night. Walmart would not have us. The churches posted their parking lots of no parking. Dollar General took us in for the night! Thank you so much!

The workers are all generally friendly and helpful the store is clean and organized they have a good manager that really turned the store around and made it better I can say service is good some stuff I believe is a little over priced but that's due to inflation maybe they could adjust the prices in the future to make it it a little more affordable but other than that it is a great place to shop.

This Dollar General is a fun place to shop. Items are located in places that are visually enticing and appealing. The lady who checked me out was amazing. I waa there at a busy time and she was working the front by herself but she never seemed to get frazzled. She was so very friendly and never seemed to get frustrated or upset with the situation. When another cashier arrived he was also very friendly and I really had a very good experience.

The new Dollar General is a dream come true for this town. Very clean, a great many options for the items you want now. Plenty of space to roam the isles. The staff is fast and very nice. Very thankful to have the new store in town

I love the staff at the Augusta,KS Dollar General! No matter what the question I have, they ALWAYS have an answer or suggestion or offer to make my experience better. I found the most help my last couple of visits from their Assistant Manager, her name I will NEVER forget because the spelling is not one you see often; Linzee. She is ALWAYS greeting customers, even if she is busy doing something. While walking through the store, if she sees you looking clueless (Like I am MOST THE TIME, LOL) she readily offers to help you find what you're looking for, and she really knows her store like the back of her hand cause I am in there several times a week and she ALWAYS helps me if she is there 🥰😊 So, my MAJOR props go to her, but the rest of the staff have helped on occasion as well; Linzee just stands out due to her personality and customer care. THAT is why I go back, she makes my shopping experience one I like to repeat because you never seem to get that kind of attention and respect anymore these days.

I wrote a review on this store before. I talked about Paul at the south Glenstone location. My Wife and I went in there our second time. Who did we run into...PAUL!
And he did it again!!!
He did just like before, helped us fill the list of my 87 year old in-laws. Even went to the back to pull product for us and another customer. So worth the extra drive. Then went there today. Paul was off,
But, I could tell Paul had trained staff.
You can't Clone him. But the staff is very curious and helpful. Paul train some more, we need more like you. Thanks

Nice in the new store very clean nice location they are carrying things I didn't even know the Dollar General would even have some craft stuff and things like that so I enjoy it very much
