Last customer of the day. Several different people helped me get just what I wanted and needed. Found out the manager has been at the store for a crazey long time. These guys know what there doing period. My only beef is I don't have signal on Hwy 82 between Alamogordo and Mayhill in some areas. I've learned a long time ago not to complain about stuff unless you have a solution. Mr. Verizon please call me!

At 75, I'm not as technologically adept as the younger generation. The kind and sharp staff have patiently solved all my concerns with a new phone. I appreciate the assistance.

These people are quick, polite, professional, know exactly what they are doing.

I mean seriously one of the most well put together, positive, determined, and motivated teams of people I have ever seen assembled in a work environment.

These are the Verizon technician all stars. We are new to the area and needed assistance setting up and then "porting" over. 4 techs I called on the 1-800 number could not solve my issues but the two guys at this local Verizon store have the "reps" and experience to quickly take care of my issues. Impressive customer service!

I probably selected the worst time to come see these folks. The parking lot was packed and I was assigned a number when I came in the door.

My Apple 12 Pro Max wouldn’t receive calls without using the speaker phone. You couldn’t hear the person on the other line. I had spent hours on the phone with Apple, Verizon and even visited the other Verizon location in town to no avail. I had received a replacement phone from Verizon and had gone in to get the data transferred. A jolly young man named Zach I believe waited on me. He was great. Courteous and cordial, very knowledgeable, he was able to get my original phone working again within a few minutes I am so happy!

Victor always takes care of all our needs, answers all our questions, and is a great PR person.

Freddie helped us out today and is such a personable and friendly guy. We got exactly what we wanted, had our options given but not pushed on us. I highly recommend working with him if you need a new phone or service plan.

Needed assistance with transferring a line to another carrier and they could not have been more helpful. Quick answer to the questions and very pleasant to deal with.

We went in to get a new phone, and we seen Steph. She was SO HELPFUL. If you are ever in there and see her, you want her help! She was very straight up about everything and she didn't start a process that was going to cost anything or cost more data without mentioning it, when we were over our data she made sure we were aware and we understood the cost we would incur if we wanted to transfer stuff. So we really appreciated that, it makes such a huge difference when you dont have people pushing products and more expensive phones that may be hard to learn for an older person, looking at YOU. AT&T!. So thank you steph. You rock.

I'm from out of town and desperately needed a charger I think the man I spoke to, tag read Foulds. He was awesome he brought me out the car charger since I did not want to get down with my infant daughter with covid going around. Thanks so much I really appreciate your help!

Freddie was a great help and a wealth of knowledge/experience. If I were in need of buying a new phone or needing help solving a problem with your products, Freddie is the guy to go talk with.

Zach was really helpful when we needed to figure out how to get usable internet service at a house not served by wired internet providers. He set us up with a tiny little device called a Jetpack and a prepaid plan.

It works well and provides decently fast WiFi in an area where the only other option was slow, slow, and expensive satellite service.

José is a great customer relation sales person. Full of patience and information. The experience yesterday and today we're excellent.
