This Lidl is amazing! It's 4x bigger than any Lidl you'll find in Europe and has a wonderful selection of everything from fruits/veggies to fresh baked goods to yogurts to chocolate to wine to pet food to baby supplies to frozen food choices-- all at UNBEATABLE prices. Definitely check out their weekly sale items (red tags) that once they're gone, they're gone (for at least a few months...part of the marketing strategy). Be sure to bring your own bags (though they have plenty for purchase at the registers). And one of the truly great things: they have an itemized recycle section in the front of the store. Winning!!

The design of the store is cozy weirdly enough. It's like if you took the prices of Aldi and the feel of whole foods. The selection is smaller than Walmart and other big stores, but I've really only had trouble buying weirder things like Xanthan Gum, so overall they're pretty good.

For some reason I really enjoy shopping at Lidl even though I still have trouble to pronounce it.

My wife and I have been shopping at Lidl for the past couple of years and have been saving money ever since! A person can get probably 90% of their grocery needs here at well below the cost at other local stores in the area. Thanks Lidl!

Best prices and great value on most items. I can typically grab all my favorite foods and high protein items here and save the $$.

They have the best prices for basics like dairy & bakery. They also have great prices on selected fruits & veggies. Then that have the section on the back sherif they have assorted items normally not expected in a grocery store! Best kept secret!

Great supermarket - always find great deals and have never been disappointed in quality. Good size portions for most common groceries. Staff working there is always helpful and prompt in helping whenever I encounter.

Really nice and neat love to shop here. No lines at the register and shelves are full.

Best fresh bakery. Limited but what they have is awesome and inexpensive. My favorite is the German sourdough rye. I shop a lot here and save money and selection is sufficient and I'm in an out quickly

I like LIDL. Especially the Ashburn location. Reasonable prices. The one near my house in DC has fully armed police guarding both the entrance and exit.

Nice grocery store that's nearby and stocks most of my stuff. Good prices and some pretty unique stuff too. Protip for bikers: there's a bike rack near the grocery cart area at the front of the store.

My favorite grocery store. I am getting nuts, chocolate and quality seasonal produce. Great place for grocery shopping.

Wow... this is my first visit. Really enjoyed and liked the idea of this store. If you are really bored with other big and crowded stores, visit this store and you will like it. Not many varieties of veggies, but you get what you use often and they are fresh. I felt like they are growing them back store. And the bakery, different from other stores with freshly baked and various food. And you can see many different things around the store. It's just a little place with varieties.

Their bakery is on point being located right at the front. Whoever decided that placement was a genius because it is INCREDIBLY hard to not pick up one of those delicious pastries. There's definitely a lot of organic produce and non-name brand products. So far, from what I've tasted, it's really good and the produce was fresh.

Having been in here for the very first time, I was pretty impressed with the wide variety of food and other items. It's like a mini-walmart meets grocer. Everything looked very seasonal so I bet there will be lots of turnover as soon as summer comes to an end. The prices are pretty damn good too.

Note to new shoppers: BRING YOUR OWN BAG. It's not much to pay for paper bags tho in case you forget. It reminds me so much of European shopping and I love it.

This was the first time in the store oh, it was recommended by my roommate ...I received first class service from Rodney who was overseeing all the self-pay customers including myself oh, he saw that I was a little bit struggling and asked it I need assistance and help me with the bag, I was very impressed with the layout of the store AND the pricing..also very clear and accurate so I ask for the manager as well and told him that Rodney and himself deserves a raise thank you for making my first time in this store a blessing

Great value - Granted most items are off-brand. This place has a little bit of everything. From impact drills and chainsaws to steaks and wine. We found breakfast sandwiches for a fraction of the price of other grocery stores in the area. Didn't realize we were supposed to bring our own bags and had to bag our own stuff. They do have reusable bags for sale at checkout and empty produce boxes if your lucky. So far only pleasant experiences with the staff. The store is still catching on in the community so parking has not been an issue and lines at checkout aren't bad. Smaller than most other grocery stores but our family will definitely be returning soon.

Look, they don’t have as good a selection as others, but what they have is good quality and their prices are INCREDIBLE. In todays inflationary environment, Lidl is a god-send.

This place is awesome. The prices can't be beat and the quality of their products is as good as big name brands, they have weekly sales on top of their already low prices and they even have a rewards program that can save you even more money! I feel like there should be a lot more of these stores around and they have become my go to for regular grocery shopping.
