Friendly staff. Well stocked shelves. Fresh produce and meat and seafood departments.
Checkout was expeditious and cashier was friendly.

Absolutely overjoyed with giant eagles produce and bakery every time! Friendly staff, and there's rarely a time I can't find what I need!!!! Special shout-out to Candice in the bakery, she did a decorating job she wasn't familiar with at all, and researched and did it on her own (August 2023) and it came out amazing! I almost cried because the meaning behind the cake was sentimental (my first borns baby shower was frog themed) and she outdid herself 100%!!!

Excellent choses as usual. Friendly and helpful staff. Market/Gas Perks best program to reward loyalty.

A little expensive compared to other grocers but the selection of goods is.. well.. good.

They always have what is on sale!!! Love this store

Love this store! Great selection, store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. They have lots of electric scooters for customers to use and plenty of handicapped parking spots. Such a fun selection of stuff too. You almost have to cruise around the entire store to check out all the cool displays and merchandise.

The girlfriend loves the produce section & wine selections. We can never go in without her grabbing something different from the wine shelf lol

Good service here.
On a really busy day I forgot to take my gift cards I purchased. The next day I went in I asked about them and was able to get them. As I left the cashier made a point of double checking to see if I was able to retrieve them. Above and beyond expected job duties.

Everyone is always friendly at our Washington Square store. I absolutely love the bakery! They once fixed my sisters cake decor topping after it slid off my car seat (she ordered from another bakery) and didn't know what else to do. They saved it! I really love this store and absolutely adore all the staff. Thank you for being there! You are important to our community ❤.

GE always has good selection of food to choose from, you can Always find something new to try. The fruit is always fresh and good...unlike other places you get it home And find it's rotten and or moldy. They didn't have very many clerk operated registers open
..I had a lot and didn't wanna mess with self checkout so had to wait awhile but the cashier was very friendly and helpful which made the long wait less drilling. Wish I would've noticed her name to give but as usual I'm not very observant of name badges.

Clean, quiet, no frills. Pricey, but all giant eagles are. Big fan of their pharmacy: quick, always have all the random prescriptions I need, friendly staff. All in all, no complaints.

Honestly I don't shop often at Giant Eagle. I get my meds an liquor 🤪 (great combo right 🤷‍♀)!! I do hit up some of their sales, while I'm shopping. Mainly their meat department.

My toddler and I were grocery shopping when a tornado warning caused the store to shut down temporarily. Management directed customers and staff to go to the back of the store to the meat freezer/refrigerator to stay safe (or leave at their own risk). I went to the back of the store for shelter and upon being ushered to the back, employee Matt Daniels proceeded to offer his fleece jacket to my child who was dressed for the 70° sunshine, not a refrigerator. I was highly impressed with the store’s awareness and efforts to keep everyone safe and the employees’ selflessness for their customers. Thank you, Matt!

Giant Eagle is always great for me whenever I go to one. You can't beat the great quality of their products with the more affordable "everyday prices" and sales. I used to only go to Giant Eagle when there were things I wanted on sale. Now it's one of my few primary places to shop due to improved prices over recent years.

I appreciate the curbside pickup. Every staff member, every time, are polite, courteous, and helpful. Seniors that are concerned with staying healthy in this crazy 2020 pandemic are well-served by Giant Eagle's excellent service.
