Ian was super helpful with his knowledge of jeeps. He knew exactly how to adjust my serpentine belt and even knew the bolt sizes off the top of his head. He saved me a lot of time because I hadn’t seen the adjuster.

I had a belt break on the turnpike. We had 2 babies with us, on 3 years old and one 9 month old. We limped the car to the Amherst auto zone. David F. Helped us get the parts. He also loaned us the tools and helped us put it on. We were back on the road in no time. Thank you David and Auto Zone!!!

I called regarding my 2017 Pacifica this morning, thinking that the battery was my issue. I spoke to Cody who was super helpful and confirmed that they had my correct one in stock. I arrived at the store 10 mins later, and was greeted by Ian who quickly grabbed the battery tester, and then installed my new battery. I was on my way with the van good as new in less time than it would've taken me to drive to the dealership in Sandusky. This Autozone is clean, friendly, and super super helpful!!

I was looking for spark plugs for an old tractor. They didn't have them in stock but was able to order them after searching through a catalog. They had them the next day. Very helpful and courteous.

Had to walk my old car battery 2 miles to the store. Got a new one, and I started to walk back until Kodi, the manager, offered a ride. Excellent customer service.
