Great experience. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Better prices, better quality, and better service than any other screen printing store on the east side. Don't waste time dealing with Eastgate Graphix or Kuhls Hot Spot. Jacked up Tee's is where its at!

Worked with this company on multiple occasions for smaller batch orders. Have always been very satisfied with the final product, and price. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointing experience. We came here because we got a recommendation. It took two weeks and us calling to get sent a picture of a shirt with artwork that was already created. After 5 or 6 times of asking for pricing over a three week period we finally received all of the pricing info we needed. However, still no itemized bill like requested. Part of our order included coaches shirts with COACH on the back. None of our coach’s shirts say COACH on the back and are not t shirt material like we asked for.

Terrible customer service. Have been emailing, calling, texting to get a refund for shorts for over a month. When I call, not polite or helpful to process refund. Still waiting at this point to see refund that was promised over a month ago.
