I've been going to Good For You Nutrition for at least 10 years. I am so glad that we have a store like this in Jefferson County. It has something for everyone. And, if you can't find what you need, Sandy, the owner, will order it you. She is very helpful. She has assisted me on many occasions. Also, their freshly ground peanut butter is the best!

love this store!! the lady at the cashier (I assume he owner but I could be wrong) but so helpful and sweet. you could tell she was really knowledgable about the products. ill come here from now on than any other health store or chain store. such a wide variety of items, im sure they would have whatever im looking for.

Last year I lost 60 pounds, and went into remission from autoimmune disease simply by using healthy foods and supplements. This would never have been possible without Good 4-U Nutrition In Arnold! Their variety is phenomenal and I also love that they offer affordable fresh fruits and vegetables that are mostly locally grown. they are never sales-y, like some other health food stores always trying to push the latest fad on customers. However, they are very knowledgeable when asked questions and have made some recommendations that have changed my life for the better. Can’t say enough about this health food store. I think it’s been here for 20 years or so; my only disappointment was that I did not know about them sooner!

The owner is the sales person. She knows so much about health and natural options to medications and ailments. Super happy to help. Good quality products I have been going here for years..she suggested probiotics before they were ever popular..I tried and felt great

Legitimately one of the best health stores I have ever been to. They have everything from specialized supplements to teas to food... Something for everyone. Excellent selection and the lady at the counter was very helpful.

SANDY IS THE OWNER AND SHE IS GREAT IN GIVING GOOD HEALTH TIPS. I GO TO HER AND SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TO SELL YOU FOR WHAT AILS YOU. BY TELLING ME TO TAKE CURAMIN AND TURMERIC AND DRINK BLACK CHERRY JUICE I AM OUT OF PAIN. MY BACK HURT SO BAD THAT I COULD NOT STAND UP AND HAD TO HAVE A WHEEL CHAIR. I AM NO LONGER IN PAIN IN MY BACK AND I CAN WALK AROUND AS USUAL. SUCH A WONDERFUL PERSON TO HAVE ON MY SIDE. I AM EVER SO GRATEFUL TO HER.
