American Eagle Store

I came here last week to go shopping and I just want to say customer service was excellent. They got me a room while I was holding a few items during shopping. When I was ready to go to the changing room to try on, she opened the door for me. I don’t remember service was this good the last time I was here. I will definitely return.

Autumn at the Riverdale AE store is so amazing! She was super friendly and helpful. I was amazed how she handled everything and helped me get my return done today!! Definitely recommend going to this location everyone I’ve had there has been super nice and helpful.

Clean store & kind staff, I got what I went in for & out the door quick!

The lady who helped me was AMAZING. I bought a few thingswith gift card and credit card online but the shorts I bought didnt fit. I wanted to return them since I found a different pair that I liked (but dodnt have the forst pair to exchange). I asked the lady if I can have the funds put back on the credit card rather than my gift card since I bought a new pair already and wouldn't need the gift card.
She was more than understanding and made it very easy. (Ive never had ANY store allow me to put the funds back on my card with a return that had partial payment of a gift card).
She also pointed out some tips (this store gets a huge portion of online returns that they have to mark on sale even in new condition).
She was a great team member and very helpful/insightful

Store is very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and attentive. Autumn was so helpful and goes the extra mile to get everything I needed.

Took my grandson to get some clothes today. Great quality and very friendly girls working their. My grandson found alot of nice things so he was happy and then that makes me happy! Great place!

Love their clothes and perfumes. The store is always so tidy too. I go there once a month for the American eagle contrast perfume, I absolutely love it and get compliments regularly on it.

love american eagle. they’re probably the only place i can shop for jeans anymore. i’m 5’1 and i really appreciate that they actually carry short size jeans in store in certain styles because most stores have no options for petites in store and i hate ordering online and not knowing my size. i really think this location should buy the empty store front next door and put an aerie in. i’ve only been to this location maybe once or twice but if they had an aerie i would definitely come here way more often. i typically go to rosedale mall since they have both.

Super satisfied with their service, manager was so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Definitely recommend this location.
