Jewel-Osco

New to the area and found that this Jewel by far has the most friendliest staff. In addition to being so kind, everyone had a sense of urgency to them. Even the customer service desk was very helpful.

Antioch new to the area. This place always hustling and a bustling. Parking lot full and service surprisingly quick, polite and spot on. Lines were moving, shelfs a stocking and help a plenty. Great well run store. Busy busy.

They have re done some things and I love it! Salad bar is beautiful and the sushi is to die for! Store is always impeccably clean and staff helpful and friendly.

I've always loved this store in Antioch, IL. It has ,great produce, bakery, and even a Starbucks in the store. There are not many jewels of any In my area. The Vienna Italian roast beef in the Deli comes with the au just. It was very good! Quick meal at end of day

We needed a couple last minute Christmas gift items to send to our Daughter in Texas. Of course they had what was needed and more! It's a clean, well stocked and organized store!

Some of the employees and customers were unprofessional towards me; and this has happened more than once. The cashier at checkout gave me a dirty look, and I was threatened by some other employees and some customers. They said that people don't like how I look, said that I'm gonna get hurt, falsely accused me of trying to hurt them, and that I'll be forced to get out of Antioch. This includes some of the employees at Starbucks in the store. They all should be put in a Mental Hospital or Jail for the pain and suffering they've caused me. I've even been told by some people I know that some employees treated them rudely too. I'm still feeling the after affects of this.

My local jewel-osco is always very clean,organized, and stocked. with many self check out stations available it make shopping quick and easy.

I am always so pleasantly surprised when we receive our orders. I feel spoiled by the beauty of the flowers but I just adore it too! Thanks so much for the great work. It is well enjoyed.

This is one of those stores that I shop the sales at. In general they are a little pricy, but they tend to have very good sales. The employees at the service desk were very helpful and so was the woman in the produce department.

Bought some quick things to eat on the boat this afternoon for lunch. Found what we wanted quickly and got friendly service

Fast, polite, and convenient. People look happy to work there even on a Saturday. Whoever is managing there, excellent job!

I heard they are really racist here by family members that have gone here or stopped by when they were in the neighborhood. O had a very nice experience when I went. Did not encounter racism at all. Did I get lucky?

I always shop later in the day, so I never deal with a packed store which is nice. The produce in Jewel is really good, and the store is always clean and well kept. It's nice knowing where everything is, and being able to navigate the store and aisles with ease.
The employees at this location are always friendly and willing to help. As I mentioned before, I typically know where everything is, and can navigate around rather easily since I go there later when it is less crowded, but if I need help someone is always available and willing to lend a hand.
Another thing I like, I can usually count on Trevor being there and rocking a register. I'm normally there on Sunday nights, but I feel every time I go there he is putting in hours, always has a smile on his face, and is friendly and makes small talk. It's a brief exchange while cashing out, but it is nice to always see a familiar, friendly face. I sometimes will go in his line, even if his is busier than others, just for the friendly quick conversation. He's an exemplary employee, and I do not know if he gets recognized for his hard work and dedication, but he should definitely be recognized. Sometimes, the small things go a long way, even just a friendly quick smile and hello, or a quick question about your day goes a long way to making you feel valued and Trevor does this with the best of them!

I found great deals, especially after Valentine's Day (i.e. 50% off on their Valentine's Day merchandise). They also had a great sale on boneless pork chops; buy one/get one for free. I recently purchased 9 bouquets; the flowers were breathtaling, as well as long lasting. Three bouquets for $15.00 (8 stems of flowers per bouquet). They made perfect gifts. 💕💐💕

The store is very quiet on a Sunday night. I was able to get in and get out of the store quickly. The people working were super friendly. They were polite. The store was clean and festive for the Holidays. They ofter curbside service. Young can order online and pick up your groceries.

Like all Jewel-Oscos, this store is a full-fledged supermarket and drugstore. I’ve been shopping here since 1986, and they’ve always had excellent management and staff.

As with other stores, the recent pandemic has hit their supply chain rather hard; what you find today may not be available tomorrow. Masks are NOT required as of the above date, but many patrons and employees are still using them. Please respect their space.

Just like any other Jewel except for the people in the pharmacy. Bibiana, Frank, Lisa and the rest of the staff are fantastic. They are never too busy to answer questions and they make sure that we are kept informed about everything from insurance to the availability of vaccines. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my prescriptions.

Amazing customer service. The best I have seen at any grocery store that I have been to. Very customer service oriented. Great selection and even better prices. I love going to this store.

We enjoy shopping at the Spring Grove Jewel/Osco,they're always very pleasant and helpful. Have the items we like in stock. Produce is always fresh, same with deli, bakery, meat and seafood. They do have great sales plus use your reward points
