AT&T Store

My husband needed a new phone. We are no ‘spring chickens’ and he was not looking for the newest iPhone available, just a new, reliable phone.
Jake, our sales associate, was the most intuitive and respectful salesperson I have encountered in decades, REALLY!
Jake suggested the perfect phone that wouldn’t require learning new skills. Jake didn’t try to upsale or pad the sale with extras.
Jake was efficient and friendly, but his intuition and customer focused attention were what made THIS AT&T experience exceptional. He is a great representative for AT&T in Edwards, CO.

So great to have an ATT local store in Edwards. Although CenturyLink dragged down the porting process, the teams of Kyle, Jake, Julie and early on Claytie took great care of us each time we were in to deal with a move of a landline to a new cell line. Thanks for the highly knowledgeable service each time!

Mike was so helpful! Went way beyond all he had to do to ensure my phone synced properly, deleted everything on my old phone and even helped me fix my password so I could continue to use my new phone. Not only is mike incredibly helpful, he is a genius!

Yesenia spent so much time helping us get 3 new phones and all the while answered all my questions . Kennedy was also helpful during the process. The birth of them were incredibly patient and never once made us feel rushed. They both get the highest stars 🌟 possible for exceptional service !

Kennedy gave 6 star customer service today resolving billing, service and tech issues. She did not allow me to leave without all of my questions answered and a "don't forget" list for me to follow up with insurance.

The store is run very professionally and the girls that work in there do a great job and I've never had a problem and they've always gone out of their way to make sure everybody has been taken care of the same way .I believe that's probably one of the better phone stores I can say I've been in and I've been a few in a few. Kennedy and Liz have done a great job and all I can say is it's been a pleasure dealing with them both so hopefully I can continue on doing business with that store and that's store and those 2 people and some of the others that work there too.. KYLE was patient and helpful through my whole new phone purchase. He helped me trade my iPhone 6S in for a $300 credit, sold me a phone that fit my needs and budget, and was kind the whole time. Appreciate you guys!!

Got a new phone and my older laptop/iTunes locked both my old and new phone out while trying to update and restore. I walked in to the shop with 2 phones not working and left with 2 phones working and didn’t lose any data. Friendly and helpful staff fixed it on the spot for me and I got to relax and watch espn while I waited. 10/10 customer service

The ladies at the store this morning were extremely nice and helpful. It was a pleasant experience as always at Active Communications. I’ve been going to these stores for the last 20 years and have always had good experiences.

I went in last minute because my (very old) phone died. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a new phone. The staff were very helpful, they even pointed out discounts that I didn't know about. I did have to wait to be helped but only because they were limiting the number of people in the store because of covid.

Great experience- gave me all the options and no pressure. Sales person was very friendly and has a great personality. Offered to answer any questions at anytime.

It’s been busy in there recently, but the staff is always super patient and helpful. Cell phone things take time and can be tedious, but I was very impressed with everyone’s willingness to help and multitask.

I never leave online reviews, but the excellent customer service that Daniella provided is worth taking the time to note! 12/10 for friendliness, informative answers, and professionalism!
