AT&T Store

This was fantastic service! There were some issues that arose in the initial order and phones, but Michael at the Walton Blvd RH, MI location worked through everything with patience, hard work, efficiency and great mastery of the process and the steps that were required.
He worked hard, not only to get the phones set up and swapped, but to make us as comfortable as possible. He also ensured that all the financial steps were complete and correct.
It is good to know that we have capable and attentive assistance nearby should we have an issue or when we need additional devices or accessories.

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store last week. Olivio, the employee who assisted us, was incredibly friendly and helpful. My mom and I went in to decide which phone we both wanted, and he patiently answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience on a busy day at the store (day of new phone release). The level of customer service we received from Olivio truly stood out. I highly recommend this AT&T location, thanks to Olivio and the excellent service we received.

The two guys were so helpful and I felt very taken care of. This was the BEST screen protector application I've ever had in my life. Finally, no dirt under my protector. I felt so happy. Thank you!

Anmar was a great help. He answered all our questions and set up our new phones. He was extremely helpful and a complete pleasure to work with. He also held a pleasant conversation with us while our phones were transferring data. Made us feel extremely welcome. We will definitely come back to this store

I drove past 4 other Att locations to this store because of the service.
They helped me fix a problem that they did not profit from at all. The store I purchased 6 phones from that is a mile from my home wouldn’t help.
I would not be an Att customer without the people at this store.

Alexis was extremely professional and knowledge. She helped us upgrade 3 phones and was very patient when we had questions and made the whole process easy for us. The store is very clean, and the other employees in there were polite and moved through the other customers quickly without seeming to be rushing them. Well done.

My favorite phone shop the staff is so helpful, the young girl Natalie made sure to help me with everything I needed and answered all my questions.

Allen was extremely helpful in getting my phone issues resolved. He also made me aware there were 3 new upgrades of phones on my account and I was able to report the fraudulent activity and protect our account in a very timely matter. So thankful! Overall i had a great experience using at&t mobile plan. Anmar really did a great job convincing me to cancel my plan with t-mobile and join at&t he even matched my t-mobile promotional offer with a better deal from at&t. Give this man a raise.

The store is excellent. Anmar reflected a great customer service and help me through all the problems that I was dealing with my internet. I could have given a 10 star review if I could. Very awesome!

Honestly such great customer service! I’ve been having issues with my iPhone and have needed to come back multiple times in order to figure out how to go about ordering a new phone and they were so helpful and never frustrated with how need I was😂 Really happy with my experience. I have a new phone ordered and setting everything up was so quick. And to anyone coming in anytime close to closing time, why? Nobody in customer service appreciates this, just don’t do it😂

After a visit with Norman the district manager all of my issues were resolved professionally and kindly. He was very informative and understanding to the situation and made sure I got the same great deal that I was getting with even more features added. It is his kind of customer service that will make me a return customer for years to come. I highly recommend coming to this store for anything you might need for your mobile phones.

The AT&T staff at the store was able to resolved the problem within 10 mins. The associates were prompt and professional.

I came in because att was charging me for roaming because I live near marine city, ray the store manager changed my plan and get me free calls to and from Canada, best part he saved me money, got me into a s22 for freeeeeeee. I absolutely recommend you go see this guy, oh and let me add that he also made my new phone have everything the old device did and got me all set up. Thank you so much

The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. They explain everything you need to know. Ray the manager is the best there is out there. No cap.
