Fast and Friendly service. Even though it was very busy today. The Pharmacy was busy but their staff was very helpful and working hard to fill prescriptions and vaccinations. Pharmacist Ryan was patient and setting a Good Example of Leadership in difficult times. Irene the front cashier was helpful and had a great attitude even while facing short staffing and steady customers.

I honestly really appreciate the people working at the pharmacy and they absolutely deserve 5 stars.
I've been on the same medication for years now and have had to try quite a few different Walgreens. This one is hands down my favorite.

Whenever I have issues with my insurance (happens far to frequently. Honestly drives me NUTS) the people here always help me get it sorted and quickly. Most other places I have to call back 3 different times, to check in, see if it's done or let them know it's done and the refill can be made (which is understandable. They get busy, I get that)

But I don't have to do that here, at all. They do as they say they will and get it done. Even when they're busy, they get it done quickly and most importantly, they're just really nice about it. Even when they are busy, they take the extra time to ensure your taken care of. It's odd to say but I love this Walgreens.

Thank you for getting our sons order in tonight. We thought this was a 10pm store, so thank you for getting it done after your posted hours.

Very nice and polite staff and the store and restrooms are very clean.

Pharmacy staff is really amazing! Multiple times I have been impressed with the high level of service and willingness to go above and beyond to fix issues that they did not cause.

Like so many places in this period they are short on staff and had to temporarily close the drive thru. 😔 but the staff was working hard! I guess I'd prefer to support them rather than do mail order Rx

Nice convenience store. Good place to pick up a thing or two. A bit overpriced, but that’s expected for walgreens.

The other recent reviews are correct. They are slow filling a prescription. Giving 3 stars because the automated telephone service at least tells me they are “still
working” on filling prescription and because it was filled within 2 days.

Went through the drive through. The lady that tried to help was rude. REALLY rude. She was probably the one that was rude to me on the phone earlier. She tried swiping my card, it said declined, odd as it was just fine. She THREW my card in the tray thing to give back to me. COMPLETE attitude. My expectations of patient care are HIGH due to where i used to work, how i was trained and where i work now. Im surprised my job wants to partner with them. A GOOD portion of their pharmacy employees NEED sensitivity training, among other things. Get your act together walgreens, before NO ONE wants to do business with you because your employees are RUDE.

Worse customer service skills by the pharmacy staff. When requested a prescription which was sent over from children’s hospital, the tech swore at me and suggested I take my business elsewhere. In the future I will! Nice mouth on your staff, might want to consider review of the employee handbook on customer service.
