I love the staff here! They're very inviting and helpful. It always pulls me in when I'm walking by because it smells so great!!

Great location! Jennifer is really sweet! A couple of my wallflower plug-ins stopped working, and she was able to look up my order and help me with an exchange. Everyone is so friendly too 😊

I ordered online to pick up in store and ran into some issues on my end. The manager was accommodating and when I came into the store almost at closing time on 11/20, the employees were so helpful running around and locating products for me. Long story short, I was purchasing for Make A Wish (similar but for abused and neglected children), I choose a teenager. This teen will have an amazing gift this year and it’s all because of these employees. I didn’t get the names of the employees, but one was at the cashier with curly hair put up wearing a mask and the other had long curly hair working on the floor. They will be blessed!

Love their sales. Today we got a variety of soap for only $3.50 a bottle. Worth the trip.

Emily that works at this location is seriously the cutest thing ever. She has the nicest, welcoming, bubbly personality. She helped me all around the store and recommended a great fall candle. Will be returning here due to the great customer service!

I had such a pleasant experience tonight all because of this kind, thoughtful, golden hearted australian woman (I forgot to read her name tag) I will never go to another bath and body works! Thank you so much to that amazing kind-hearted helpful woman.

They just remodeled so the lay out is great. Bath and Body Works is always my go to for wall flowers especially during the fall and holidays! They always have some kind of deal. The customer service is wonderful and they are always willing to assist as soon as you walk through the door :)

Wow!!!!! I just left this location and I am blown away by how incredibly kind the women were! Lindsey A. (Glasses and a beautiful tattoo on her arm) was the most helpful and polite associate that I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been going to bath and body works for 18 years, and have never been treated so kind by any store OR employee like Lindsey A. Don’t even bother going to the waters creek location or up to the outlets, THIS is the best location in Allen (and probably Texas lol). Thank you so much ladies for being absolutely AMAZING!

They are always so nice and helpful at this location. The products/ scents are just OK I mainly shop here for my 10 yr daughter. We also use the Walflowers for the house.

The newly renovated store is very nice. A great location with a very helpful staff. It is definitely worth the trip from the other BBW locations in this area.

This location has been great over the years, always friendly and helpful.
I prefer strip center location over the mall, less gawkers and lookers, just people going there to buy.
