Dragon Puff Smoke & Vape shop

We needed a close by vape shop, this happened to be it. Super glad we decided to just search and go! Not a huge store, but it didn’t need to be. It has a great selection, at really awesome prices. I wish I had more time to browse but we were heading to a movie. The shop keepers were kind, welcoming, helped up find what we were looking for, and presented a great vibe that we were so thankful for. Will definitely be going back even if it is a little bit out of the way for us, I take quality very seriously and they have it!

I Just left this store. I believe the sales clerk name was KD? Apologize if I’m butchering his name but he was absolutely wonderful. KD is an extremely customer service minded young man that’s very informative, and patient. Which allowed me to take my time on deciding what I wanted to purchase. Also, allowed me to buy more than what I had planned to lol.
Every vape store that I have been to in Asheville is typically only carrying the most popular disposables in each brand, but not this store. This store actually carries the entire line of each brand, which is fantastic, because I usually go for the not so popular flavors. I was throwing at KD disposable flavors that I even struggle finding online and they had them and in stock! Out of the 15 different flavors I asked about, there was only one they were out of stock on and KD immediately put a special order in for me that will be here in 2-3 days! Now that’s customer service!

Dragon Puff is a gem with super kind and knowledgeable customer service. They will make sure your visit is a good one. Also, they do monthly raffles!!! I just won 2nd place for this month and feel like I've won the lottery 🤩 10/10 shop!

I moved to Assville 3 years ago and I've been to almost every vape shop in the area. This is THE BEST one within an 80 mile range. Not going to any of the other vape shop anymore because they're all weird/sketchy that sell fake/expired juice that's also overpriced.

Love it ..new management is awesome. I came in there one day when they first opened looking for the 20 pk lean raw cones and he didn't have them. Today my second time going in and Boom. He ordered them as promised . And they are cheaper than any other spot around. Thank you, I will keep coming back. He was friendly and very familiar with the products he sells.

Heather was super nice and helpful! I asked about cbd products (without any else in it) and she showed me their new CBD gummies and recommended a chocolate treat to try. Very kind people with a fun variety of products!

This place is awesome! I went in and found the exact flavor of vape I was searching for. They also have some pretty great vape "gadgets", like a watch that was a vape. I'm definitely going back to get one
