Dianna was such a blessing. She took her time to help me find the perfect shoes for work. I've never had a sales experience like this. I wish there was a way to leave her a tip because she went above and beyond in my opinion. I was happy to spend the money on the shoes. She made me feel like I got my money's worth. I felt confident I purchased the perfect shoes. After my 12 hour shift, I found out I did. Very happy with my experience.

Our sales representative was completely fabulous! I brought my elderly mother in who has very wide feet, one of them recovering from a terrible sprain, so she walks on a cane and gets around slow And the young lady was so patient kind and personable with us. This is the second time we have had her and she’s very thorough and competent. I love how you all evaluate feet and work to provide the best fit for each customer.

My son and I stopped in looking for running shoes for him. Since he’s flat footed it’s a bit of a challenge finding the right shoes. Grace was the associate that helped us and she was very informative and knowledgeable about which shoe would work best for my son. We actually arrived at 5:45 and the store closes at 6:00, Grace didn’t skip a beat and assured us that we were completely ok. Needless to say we didn’t need long at all once Grave brought out some shoes to try! Very professional business and amazing customer service! Thank you!

Large selection of shoes and other athletic apparel. I went on a crowded day, but there are plenty of sales staff to help so my wait was less than a minute. Staff is always able to recommend a shoe to suit me. I will not buy running shoes anywhere else. Highly recommended.

The sales people here are exceptional. They actually sit down with you and discuss with you what it is exactly that you are looking for and will point out precisely what you want or need. They take their time and aren't happy until you are happy. Grace was the person who assisted me. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products in the store and showed more options available to me if I was displeased with anything in store. I love my new Hokas!

I went in yesterday to have the foot scan and to buy a new pair of shoes for walking in. From the moment I walked in the store until I left Ethan was so helpful and friendly. He knew how to explain the entire foot scan and then picked out 3 pairs of shoes for me to try. I ended up buying a pair outside of what I normally get because of Ethan's help. Ethan took two phone calls from me regarding a shoe for my husband. Then when I came in, he offered three great options and there was no wait. The store was busy, but it had the most festive atmosphere because all the store representatives seemed happy to be there! Someone even offered to wrap my purchase. I would highly recommend this store to everyone I know. The selection for women was huge!

I've been shopping at Fleet Feet Augusta for 5+ years. The employees are always well-trained and knowledgeable about the shoe fitting process--get the right foot in the right shoe for the right usage (and the left foot, too!). Unless a shoe/size was out of stock, I have always walked out with exactly what I needed.

Isaiah came to assist us within 5 seconds of us entering the store. He listened attentively and assisted us very well. Made good small talk and was very helpful while bringing us multiple shoes to try on. Billing was very easy. Definitely recommend this store for quality service and products. Friendly and knowledgeable employees, great shoe brands for runners or just people who do a lot of standing or walking. Also, amazing return policy, so you can actually try the shoes for a while to see if you like them.

Shopped at Augusta, GA Fleet Feet store and was extremely pleased with the results. Caitlin, the staff member who waited on me, was both pleasant and wiling to try a wide variety of shoes until the fit was just right. Will certaily have this store as a go to for athletic footwear.

Johanne did a wonderful job helping me to find the correct shoe. I walked in the door in so much pain and left with a new friend. I understand that the employees are trained on the fitting process, but this sweet lady really listened and worked hard to make me happy.
