AT&T Store

I was in there no longer than 15 minutes and got everything that I needed. Helped me find the best plan and was nice and efficient. Very good store and members. I definitely will be back.

Colton Terepka (Manager/Waterloo Store) gave me exceptional customer service as soon as I arrived in his store. He initially made “eye contact” with me. He listened intently to my issue and went into action to resolve my concern. His customer service demeanor would make me want to come back and do business with (AT&T). Went to AT&T store in Akron Ohio Fri Aug 11 2023 Waterloo Rd and i had the greatest experience ever since owning a cell phone. The person who helped us was the quickest ever in the history of solving an issue. I mean about a min no joke the issue was solved…. She needs a raise immediately….Thank you so much

My mother went into ATT today and sat and waited for help. A beautiful young lady named Ebony took the time to talk to her about upgrading her plan and completing four upgrades for our family. She did not try to upsell... Instead she took her time and listened to our needs and provided superb customer service, awesome personality and honest advice which added up to our needs. I HIGHLY recommend stopping to see her. She is so sweet and funny. She makes dealing with hard issues a breeze! Kudos to her!!!! We will return and strongly recommend!

I went in with a friend getting a new phone plan. While they were getting him all set up, I shopped for accessories: They were all Buy 2, Get one free.. So, the sales guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. My buddy got his account set up, and I bought new cables & charging blocks. Spent $57.00.. & I'm happy. Nice, new store to check out: Definitely more FUN than waiting out in the car! 👍
