Excelente Customer Service! Every time I go in to buy balloons. The owner is super helpful on locating the balloon colors I need. Store is alway clean and always have everything organized.

No one was at the store during store hours, you call for someone to come to the shop. Then the husband came and had no idea how to blow up balloons. DIDNT KNOW HOW TO INFLATE BALLOONS AT A BALLOON STORE. Terrible.
