I have been shopping at JC Penney’s for years. When you buy clothing, you can count on good quality , lasts beyond other brands. They have very nice home decor. The salon is great and Stacey at the salon is amazing, she’s been my stylist for a long time. I give the store five stars.

It was an absolute nightmare trying to get my 14-year-old out of the house to buy a NICE outfit for his upcoming banquet. Thank GOD for Barbara, an extremely helpful sales associate here! Her expertise allowed us to find a perfectly fitting outfit — Including a belt, socks, and shoes!!! My son actually wanted her schedule to know that she will be there if we ever need to come back for a similar situation, haha :). THANK YOU BARBARA- JC Penney has us as a customer now because of you.

Their Big and Tall section is great. Especially when the seasons change and their sale/ clearance racks are out. Great deals and walk out Happy! 😊😁

Nasiri was an amazing individual he had customer service skills that I haven't seen in 30 years got my son set up with a suit and all the accoutrements

Rich in goods. Men's suites, ties, sweaters and ladies' purses, many many choices. Very clean and people are very polite.

This place has the best discounts and the best prices. I got a dress for $4 which was originally prices at $34. I have gotten a lot of other clothes too at a much discounted price, especially on Thanksgiving. I got a lot of sweaters for $5. I got the grey Arizona dress for $4.

JCPenny is my go to shopping place for clothes. I'm glad to see JCPenny is fighting the Town of Amherst's attempt at take over via eminent domain. Big government is overstepping it’s bounds.

I found several good deals. They were having a Black Friday in July.

At this location the staff are attentive/knowledgeable and offered assistance when needed. Covid regulations are followed here, be courteous and do the same. Great sales going on, get those deals while you can. The store was clean and organized.

Remember when you could actually try things on? Was there to look for back to school clothes. It was nice to see things in person and try them on. Clerks were helpful but the store layout was confusing. Overall a very retro feeling experience.

Store has some surprisingly good deals. There is a ton of selection, and the staff were very helpful. Absolutely great spot to buy clothing for teenagers who will likely grow out of clothing quickly.
