I love this store and so does my wife. They always have suitable and stylish (for me) clothing.

The other week my wife bought me several shirts, pants and a warm pullover. I had to bring two items back (I needed an extra X in size). I was helped by a delightful and knowledgeable salesperson who found everything I needed. The best part of the story is that when I got to the counter I was given a $10 off card that I could use immediately and qualified for their 10% off sale. I ended up saving $30. So I received excellent service and got additional benefits.

I also have to point out that I’m a big person and can count on them to have my size (XXL or XXXL). Their sizes run true.

I had an online return due to receiving the wrong item, and Evelyn addressed it very quickly and efficiently. The store is well organized and has a nice selection LLBean customers expect.

Anja was spectacular, she processed a return and reorder and we talked about birds. Great service.

Solid lineup of products, which you expect from L. L. Bean, but what stands out here is the staff. They went out of their way to help us, not only while we were shopping but the next day when we realised we'd left a pair of glasses at their shop! Everyone seemed to work as a team- friendly, helpful, and genuine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality outdoor-inspired fashion and gear.

Great choices. Customer service staff at store was so friendly and helpful. Dig in from the back of the store a few options for us which were not out up front in the display. Even helped in finding us a right size from online to order that particular piece. Prizes are higher for sure.

I needed to exchange a sweater for my husband that I bought online. The sales lady who helped us was very helpful. She was quick to help and showed us where to find a replacement. LL bean had great products and customer service.

I ordered hiking shoes that, although the correct size, we're very tight on my feet. The salesperson in "shoes" said this is kind of common and quickly and politely exchanged them for a wider and much better fitting pair. Thank you!

I normally take a large size in Polo long sleeves. This time they just didn't feel right.
Fortunately, I spoke with Kathy, the Bean associate, she tried me with a Medium Tall shirt. Perfect fit ! Thanks

The sales people actually greet you. Great 👍 better quality merchandise. Automatic door openers. Great help as my wife in a transport chair. Real asset to Blvd Place.

It’s my number one clothing store for best flannel shirts and most other clothing.

This was my first visit. They have gone more outdoor/athletic than I remember. I love being able to try things on. I like the look this season and I walked away with nice fitting cargo pants, a couple linen shirts, and a long rain parka for a UK trip. Nice colors.

This store is perfect for outdoor clothing and gear. Well known clothing brand for quality and durabilty. I love shopping here for my family and my friends love getting a gift card from LL Bean

They have a lot of variety. The staff is nice and helpful. Dogs are allowed. Yay! The store is a little crowded right now, especially on the weekends. I think that’s coz it’s a new store. But it’s not too bad. Most people don’t wear masks. Overall a nice experience and got what we were looking to buy.

I wore my boots for the first time yesterday that I bought a couple weeks ago at the new LL Bean store in Buffalo New York. They fit great and were warm and probably best of all....I could drive very comfortably while wearing these boots.

Very friendly and helpful staff! If they don’t have your size in stock they can order online for you.

Plus they've introduced super stylish sweats that don't look like their left over from the 60s and oh so soft!
