Quick and easy to find what I needed today to v do a little upgrade to the insulation in my bathroom wall and a few other necessities. Before/ after photos.

Dennis and Armand were amazing. I ordered through curbside pickup and the process was so fast and easy. They loaded my items into my trunk and greeted me with a friendly smile. I love this location!

Bryan is a great help and always has the best attitude! He was very patient with us while looking at appliances and answered all of our questions! Bryan is a 10/10 employee

I've spent a lot of time at this Lowe's, and every time I'm here, I always encounter approachable, knowledgeable sales associates. After my visit tonight, would like to specifically highlight my positive interactions with Sheri (fasteners section) and Mike (doors section). I interrupted both while they were in the middle of other duties, but they took their time to make sure I found everything I needed, answered all of my questions, and were very personable. (Quite refreshing compared to other places I visit, where I'm lucky to get eye contact/acknowledgment, let alone customer assistance.) Highly recommend folks making this location their go-to.

Wow I was at this Lowe’s when an associate not o i love you recognized me but then went above and beyond for me. When you’re going through stuff in life, he stopped really notice people. This lady was amazing. Fun helpful and made my day. I will be in loyal Inwood, Lowe’s, customer.

This is totally my toy store. I have plenty to do this week. I got 5 of these tip out tray sets. I’m going to have one at every sink on the house and 2 in the kitchen. I think it would be nice in the bathroom for a brush, comb, contact lens, glasses or what ever small items you want close at hand.

Amazing customer service the people that work here are so sweet and actually helpful. We are Lowe’s people now and we hate Home Depot. The guy that works on the flooring has helped us so much and the products here are so much better. Hate Home Depot. LOVE LOWES FOR LIFE

David helped us inside with a smoker and went above and beyond to get us a solution. You don’t find customer service like that anymore!

Lowe's is always a pleasure to shop at, employees Are friendly, knowledgeable of the products . (But I miss the Old K Mart At this location)

The garden center at this location is amazing. The indoor plant section always has amazing finds! Got a Hoya Carnosa with beautiful pink for only $15!

Was looking at flooring and employee Irving showed up and had so much knowledge we have never had that kind of customer service before. We had a plan of what we thought we wanted and after Irving’s wonderful customer service we went with vinyl and spent over $1,200.00 with Lowes. We have been shopping at this store for over 20 years and overall always have hood knowledgeable employees to help. Irving sets the bar at a whole different level. A+++ Lowes. We will be back and hope Irving will be there. Not pushed not treated like a inconvenience. I know of some other home repairs that could really learn from him. James and Peggy

The customer service at the self check out was very nice and polite. She also helped us with a problem in pricing and fixed it immediately. They also have great sales for picnic tables for only $98! I took a pic of them and plan on getting one soon!

I love Lowe's. The cleanliness, higher quality, design and variety of products invites me to go there more often when I want to remodel or renew something around my condo. When I just want to buy stuff to repair, fix, maintain, I go to Home Depot because it's closer.

Best Home Improvement store around. Great customer experience every time. The people who work at this store are always so friendly and willing to bend over backwards to ensure that I have everything I need to finish my projects.

The costumer service is here is pretty good. One of the most clean store for a home improvement store.

Went to simply get a duplicate key for my condo. Very fast and easy on automated machine. Thanks again Lowes...

Wanted to share this experience with Scot Anderson, store manager.

I want to give a big shout out to Lorna in the appliances department at Lowe's at Forest and Inwood. After a frustrating search for a dish washer that was delayed by supply chain shortages at other stores, Lorna checked in the back and got the last kitchen-aid dishwasher in stock for next day delivery. Lorna's caring made the difference for us and our dishes!

I go here all the darn time. Way too often. It's usually just the store where I get the random odd thing.

But then I bought a dishwasher. Not only did the installer come on time (actually early after calling to confirm that was cool), he did an excellent job.

This is after a warehouse store that shall remain nameless that rhymes with Bostco missed 6 appointments and treated me like... let's just say... poorly. So I'll go to Lowe's for dishwashers and other stuff from now on.

Generally, everyone there is happy and helpful. Can't ask for more.
