This is the one in Annapolis. The only one with the tree I wanted. Very good customer service. Helped put tree in my car. I would recommend.

Major shout out to Marvin at Home Depot Annapolis!
He went out of his way to find a low stock item for a department he doesn't usually work. He not only verified the product was on site, but looked up its exact location, and then Tim and Da'amio spent the necessary time to get equipment and pallets to bring it to where we were waiting.
We very much appreciate the Best in Customer Service at our Annapolis Home Depot. You rock!
I should add that we'd ordered something online from a different HD location. It was cancelled a few hours after ordering. Hubby thought we should give Annapolis a try. He was so right! ( as always 😁)

This location is better than Forest Dr, because you can actually find someone who is able to help. Jubal provided outstanding customer service today, he was professional, helpful, patient and friendly. I highly recommend him! Thank you for your service.

They have EVERYTHING, I love this location and could spend hours in there just looking at things that are cutting edge and super cool. Christmas shopping? You may think this isn't the place, but trust me you can find something for anyone.

Wonderful experience at checkout with a lady named Berniece. She went out of her way to wrap my ceramic tiles and protect them from damage, all while being very pleasant and personable. Very nice!

I have been shopping at the Home Depot in Pasadena, Maryland for many years. The customer service is friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. The Garden Center is a great place to shop for all your Spring flowers and yard decorations.

Went to the forest drive location to get 6 foot t posts and they were way back in a corner between two racks and impossible to reach. Went to this home depot and it was much better organized and had better stock.

I needed to copy a few keys. The kiosk managed to do it without a problem…except for one. It’s an uncommon size. It only took one minute for an associate to be ready to make the copy for me. Perfect! Got that accomplished.
From there, we figured let’s give the key inside of my key fob a try too. Let’s see if we can snag a copy of that despite the transmitter (might as well💁🏽‍♀).
I wasn’t insistent on getting that particular key done today but if it was possible, sure. First time around, the machine didn’t want to cooperate. So 3 more associates decide to join on in, voluntarily - only 15 or 20 mins til close - to give it another try on every single key machine they have in there!

Either I’m awfully cute; which explains why help gravitated towards me without asking. OR, the hiring manager knows how to make a great selection for quality employees.
The lady at check out was just as pleasant. So, I’m assuming it’s a matter of great employees…as opposed to me just being extremely attractive 😆

That’s okay though. The quality of customer service was so on point, it had me thinking I must look phenomenal. Confidence-boost at Home Depot 😎👍 thanks guys!

Exactly the help and product I needed to fix my broken window. Customer service agent carefully checked the label for my old broken window sash and put in an order online for a new one. Amazing that they still had the records from the prior owner and that I only had to order the upper sash rather than an entire window. I was able to replace it all by myself when the unit arrived.

I am working on an on going project that I am sorry I started. I am to far into it to stop. The Home Depot gives me the opportunity to explore ideas and make changes to get this done.

We were here for the free children's kit that is the first of every month. It is always a new one, so check online. We were to make the one for May a flower pot. The employees who organized it were kind and helpful!

Incredible beyond compare! Brian and Iryna made my entire experience so wonderful. I had no idea how to move forward with my malfunctioning mower. They both helped me get it tested, figured out it was really a manufacturing error, and helped me find a replacement. Made my day beyond compare.

I love Home Depot and Lowes! I can always get what I need and I always love looking! I got flowers on this trip and it was the exact type I was looking for. I also got help from the paint attendant looking for some specific caulking that I couldn't find! Perfect shopping experience!

A man named Jarvis went above and beyond when he located one of my products that I ordered above on a shelf that they told me they had not had. He went above and beyond to contact the right employees to make sure the box came down and I had got what I ordered even if the fellow employees were not happy about the extra work they had to go through to get the box down from the top shelf. Well done Jarvis

Update: I went back in yesterday and worked with MJ and Eddie - they went above and beyond to help me. The customer service is really what makes this Home Depot the best!

We live on the Eastern shore and this is the closest Home Depot to us. Without exception every time I’ve been there the staff has been extremely helpful. It’s a well-stocked store and worth a 35 minute drive for us.

Employee on the floor helped me decide on trashcans for my rental property and helped me round them up. Efficient, thoughtful and time saver! People are nice on the staff. Thanks for hiring such good people in the outdoor area near the trash cans. :)

All in all this is a pretty good store. It's always clean, well stocked and for most part they're pretty friendly and helpful. The customer service counter is fantastic! Good people back there, never had a problem with them. However finding someone in the aisles to ask a question, or seeing a smiling face at checkout has been a different story lately. Im sure now that the holidays are pretty much done. We'll see things start to get back to normal. Keep up the good work guys.
