great place got all the balloons and stuff for my daughters 18th b day!

Bought all my galentines party decor from here super cute

Was able to find none expensive cowboy hats for Western Day at school. And other party stuff so convenient didn't have to go to a bunch of different stores. The prices were really good and u got 15% off today if u texted a word and spent more then 30$ so it was a good day to shop at party city. 🥳 love coming here!!

Exceptionally clean. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not sure if he was a manager because he was on the floor working (if he is the manager they should probably hire someone else to blow up balloons) but Stephen is an amazing employee with fantastic customer service! Give him a raise.

They have plenty of decoration options, but at a high price, I would visit again but will consider other stores for a better deal

Great service I was coordinating a wedding and we needed a few balloons for the bride and the staff at this location were not only friendly efficient but they also helped me when I didn’t necessarily like the color scheme I had originally chose. Thank you for providing great service

Marisol saved my day!

I went to this specific Party City on October 15, Friday, to buy balloons for a birthday party on the following Saturday, October 16. The store was crowded and the associates very busy. I bought the balloons, had them filled and when I went to my car, because of the wind, some balloons got mushy. I came back to the store, an associate refilled them and, when I was about to leave the store I noticed that one of the balloons was getting deflated. I decided to go back to that associate, but she was busy.:

Then I saw Marisol and asked her to help me. She left everything she was doing, took my balloons, refilled one by one to their full capacity, and replaced one balloon which was defective. I was very impressed by her perfect customer-service skills, very rare these days.

Thank you, Marisol. I hope your managers see this review and give you a promotion. You deserve it.

For all your party needs. Staff is amazing very helpful. The whole setting changed inside but it work out. Prices are reasonable.

The staff was very friendly and gave our two year old a balloon that someone never came to pick up. Very nice workers. It made her day! Thank you again.

Fun staff. Always have everything I need for special themed parties, events and holidays. Great selection of Halloweencostumes. Candy assortment separated by color for party favors and making candy leisure for graduation and special occasions. Found disposable trifle bowls with rhinestone rims. Made my potluck dessert a stand out and I could just leave it behind when I left, making it a nice hostess gift.

We do not live in the area and happened upon this store when we were picking something up in the area. I believe the store had just opened up a day or two before. I have now been back at least twice because I know this store has what I am looking for. Today I was in and they had graduation stuff I had not seen before! Looking forward to placing my order!

I found this store to be very friendly. I talked with Beth (give her a raise). She was very nice and a good listener. Made me feel right at home. If you want anything for your party this is the place.

It was nice and quite, I had a associate ask if I needed help which I did. He pointed me to the correct area. The cashier was nice n helpful also I would go back.

You know I'm not normally in Phoenix. But the service is great I'm not used to the hot weather. Regardless the people are nice that makes up for the weather being super hot. All of those five stars four thumbs up

Store was very Clean & Organized.. the Manager Marisol has excellent Customer Service Sklills.. She had a Great Attitude & solved a issue I had with Ease..👍👍👍👍👍
