The UPS Store

This UPS store is great! Thank goodness they are at the Bram Town Center, it’s so convenient to where I live. Glad to have a shipping store nearby, as I go to the UPS store frequently. They also accept USPS packages.

After 4:00pm weekdays and weekends tend to be busy, so I try to avoid those times. Staff is helpful as always. Thanks again.

I really appreciate the new manager. He is courteous, knowledgeable and has a service oriented mindset. You want to know that you are in safe hands when shipping your critical documents and he does just that. I like this store. I hope they keep this attitude and the rest of the employees follow his lead (nothing wrong with rest of them either, just that he sets the bar very high).

Convenient location for Happy Returns item. Very quick, in and out. Friendly staff.

I look forward to visiting this UPS location every time. The employees are so friendly and they remember me. I have come to rely on them over the years. It is so much easier to ship from UPS than the post office. They are so accommodating and will help you with packaging/taping etc. In addition to shipping, I have relied on this location for printing of materials for high school fundraisers and they over achieve every time! Reasonable prices and insanely fast turn around. They are responsive to web orders and email communications. They do everything to make things easier for the customer and I will continue being a loyal one!

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I receive from the UPS store! Everyone is always friendly. They go the extra mile to make certain things are handled in an exemplary manner. I couldn’t be happier with their continued excellent service! I seriously do not know what I would do if they weren’t so easily accessible right around the corner. The representatives of the UPS store make my life run like clockwork. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of these blessings. I may well be their happiest customer.

This is a turn key operation for Amazon. I brought in a package and they know everything to do since this was the first time I returned a box of this size. They had blank white stick on labels to hide old tracking info. The individual was kind and respectful and got me out quick. This is the only way to go!

They always help get you in and out as fast as they can. I appreciate the hard work.
I have had a few issues come up here or there like with any service based business but they always make it right. Erich the manager has helped me with things and I appreciate his help. Excellent customer service is a great thing .

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! They are so nice, understanding, fast, and considerate.

They are still awesome! Every time I'm here it is a very nice experience. I do not go to the Post Office down the road (see my review there) because of this team!

This is the most organized UPS store around. I had a big shipment going overseas to Morocco, prior to this, everyone I called was either non responsive or just lazy, not this place!
I called to get directions, showed up, and the staff there was amazing!! They actually acted as if this was their personal shipment, and even assisted me with packaging
and taping.!

They offered me the best possible solutions for shipping overseas. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I will go out of my way to use them in the future .

Honestly, I didn't think businesses this great existed anymore, this is a 10 star representation how all business leaders can learn from.

This store is amazing!!! They were so helpful when we had to mail nearly 1000lbs of boxes overseas during our move. Everything arrived safe and sound. And, when we were having trouble getting reimbursed for the move, I contacted this UPS store (months later) and they generated updated receipts that met the criteria and emailed them to be. They truly went above and beyond during a very stressful time for us.

The best UPS store ever. I love doing business here, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Erich went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I have been coming here for a long time to take care of my business, and their level of service is consistent. I would gladly give them 6/5 stars.

When I tell you they went above and beyond to help me, and sooooo friendly. As a mobile notary in northern Virginia I have visited several UPS stores and their service does not compare. I wish I could always use this location. So grateful for their help! Especially Sunshine! She lives out her name!

This has to be the absolute best UPS store... Brambleton is extremely lucky. From Eric to Katie to others they are the face of this store that make each trip very easy, very amicable, super helpful and just always a wonderful experience. YOU ALL ROCK!!!! I'm getting married in September. I've been printing all of my save-the-dates, invitations, printables, etc. at UPS stores in Ashburn depending on which store I'd be closest to the day of pick up. This location has, by far, been the best and I've been coming back ever since. I never had a problem with the other locations but this one not only caught sizing and date mistakes but worked with me for a week to correct them - even though it's 100% my own responsibility to proof. They were prompt, careful, paid attention to detail, and were great people to work with; Katie and Erich, especially. I've now used them for work (marketing) as well and I would recommend them for any shipping or printing needs you may have!

Ups Brablenton is a great place. I finded 4 years ago when I lived at Green Square at Ashburn. Since 2020 I moved at Leesburg but I comeback always I need a service. The staff is professional and courtesy.

The team at the store are always friendly and quick to serve. If someone is waiting in line a team member, within seconds, is on a register to help. One of the most efficient and customer focused businesses around!

Every I have been in the UPS store in Brambleton, I have been made to feel like I have just waltzed into a family owned happy store. Each time the folks who greet me immediately and answer all my questions have been friendly and professional. These UPS people really take the sting out of having to figure out how to send almost anything. Thanks for your care and your smiles.

They are always polite and helpful, very friendly environment, staff always goes above and beyond. I always come here. Reason for coming here today was printing 300 color pages and binding with in 30 mins I was out. Pint quality was good and paper was very smooth. They are fast and helpful I will always come here.
