Shaunda was very helpful and knowledgeable!! I walked out with a great protection bundle for my phone and technology in my house! She talked about their new Internet Air, my address was not eligible for it but she told me she will look out for it. Great customer service. I would say go there

Tried to provide positive feedback from recent survey but failed! So I wanted to share our positive experience! Ms Shaunda was so knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Her knowledge and professionalism should be commended as well as used as you train new employees. We cannot thank her enough for taking her time with us, explaining the programs and products. She sets the standard high and would recommend her specifically to anyone that needs anything AT&T. Let me just say a couple of years ago I had horrible service at this location and I promised myself I would not return again. But I did and we met Samuel. He is charismatic. He engaged with us during the whole process. He was professional. If you ever need a new phone service or upgrade in service. Ask for Samuel.😀😃

I hold on to tech FOREVER, and had my phone for almost 8 years. On a whim, went in for a trade and met the Dynamic Duo - Nayo and Samuel. They perfectly explained my new/upgraded tech, with a side of comedy. These two were great, and had me squared away in no time. Thanks again for everything guys! ❤

William at Aberdeen was amazing! I really appreciated him going out of his way to help me when my phone was acting up on a Friday night. He has a great personality and really knows his stuff. Next time I need phone help or to buy a new phone, I’m going to personally request him. Five stars for professionalism and service!

Shauna was very nice, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She was also very patient with us (we are a family of three coming in to switch our carrier to AT&T) and came with a bunch of questions. We throughly enjoyed doing business with her. To be honest, we stopped at Verizon first, and then went to AT&T, and Shauna actually was our selling point to change to AT&T vs Verizon. We did not experience great customer service at Verizon, like we did at AT&T, which made our switch to AT&T that much easier.

Chris was absolutely wonderful had a phone that didn’t work properly we had it repaired twice and it was a temporary fix. So we decided to pay off the old phones and trade them in so we could upgrade from the iPhone 11 to the iPhone 14. Chris explained everything and helped transfer all the information. He was so professional patient and polite I really want him to be recognized and given a raise because it’s people like him who keep customers like us very happy to be with AT&T. Thanks again Chris your awesome!

Staff here were super friendly and eager to assist. I absolutely adore great customer service. I was greeted by Store manager Shaunda. My phone completely stopped working right before I was due to head out of town. I stopped here hoping there was some fix. I was worried, extremely frustrated, & Shaunda could see the look of defeat on my face. She & her team took great care of my phone & I. Jaden & Chris were also just as friendly & eager to assist however they could. They all took turns getting to know me. They provided comic relief in a frustrated time, & it was so appreciated! It felt like they knew I could use a pick me up and that made this experience that much more special considering I’m new to the area! All of my questions about my current phone were answered. Their ability to multitask, hold a conversation, & assist other customers was extremely impressive. Shaunda updated my SIM card, reset my network, & ensured I was on the fastest wifi to complete my phone update. Jaden & Chris were extremely knowledgeable & answered my questions about a newer phone. They were even willing to give me directions to get to my destination. That showed me that they were willing to go above & beyond for their customers! Their attention to detail was excellent. They made sure I could use my maps, send messages/ emails, & make calls prior to leaving. These are extremely important as I would be doing some remote work also. I made it to my destination right on time thanks to their support. I will definitely be returning to this location. Hopefully they are all in on the day I return. This was a great experience & this team works well together. That’s super important for a business. Thanks a bunch guys!! Not all heroes wear capes!

Once again, Shaunda Pendleton was amazing. I upgraded my iPad from a 5th Gen to a 10th Gen and Shaunda made it very easy and understandable. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and always customer focused. While she helped me with my upgrade, she was also training a new AT&T floor technician servicing a new customer and servicing her own customers in the store on various products and plans. She is the Manager at the Aberdeen store, always has a positive attitude, and is a star within the AT&T franchise! AT&T should reward Shaunda for the service she provides to the AT&T customers.

Store manager in Aberdeen is awesome! She knows everything from best deals to ALL kinds of support help. She is truly a high value asset to the company!!

Went in for a phone upgrade. Was greeted immediately. Salesman was informative, knowledgeable and courteous. Was in and out in no time with a brand new phone.

Shaunda and Will were very nice, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and PATIENCE!!!.
We were explained in detail about the next bill and how the line/bill will bring changes and how, when, and how much will be the add ons, also went thru our bill and look into get a better deal for us, they definitely and absolutely DESERVE A RAISE!!. LIKE YESTERDAY!!!!

David and Shaunda are amazing! Last Saturday I slipped down my stairs and smashed my phone…right before a major work event (where I needed my phone)! They opened the doors early and helped me replace my phone. They put on the screen protector, talked me through which case to get, and were so friendly! I’m grateful for their professionalism and compassion.

I walked into the Aberdeen store yesterday and was greeted by Shonda with a smiling face and a pleasant “hello, how can I help you”.
Shonda was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable with bubbly personality, but not overbearing like many sales people can be, and overall did a fantastic job!⭐. She needs a promotion just don't take her from the Aberdeen store please ⭐. I will be requesting her from now on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Shaunda was so friendly, and quick to swap out my dropped phone with a new Google pixel 7, and super quick. She also let us know of multiple upcoming deals that we will be stopping back in for soon.

Shaunda, Chris, Jaden and Shakayla were very help. My whatsapp verification made me come back to this store 5 times and the 5th time was the charm but this staff did not give up, they are all very dedicated. Highly recommend you purchase your new phone or devices from this store

Our Sales Consultant, Carrie was super helpful and very patient with us. She took care of everything that we needed and explained it all thoroughly. She was absolutely wonderful! We will definitely go back and see her again.
