At CVS, I consistently experienced excellent customer service and found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed quickly. Additionally, the pharmacy team was attentive and provided thorough explanations when needed. Overall, my experiences at CVS have been consistently positive, and I highly recommend it for both its products and customer service.

Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean store. The pharmacy team is always helpful and patient when answering questions regarding medications. Phone lines never have a long wait time and the drive-thru is fast & efficient, even with covid-testing being provided as a drive-thru service. Overall, it's a great store in a good location with a very attentive, friendly staff.

I have been a regular customer at this pharmacy for two years and highly recommend it. Everyone I have interacted with, no matter how busy the pharmacy is, has been unfailingly responsive and considerate. I appreciate the staff’s high level of professionalism and genuine concern for customers.

Came in 30 mins before closing on a Wednesday night because I forgot I needed deodorant. Was greeted by Farid. Very nice gentleman! Pointed me to where the deodorant was and also gave me some recommendations on which ones had the best deals. Also was asked by another gentleman if I needed help finding anything.

Definitely not the type of service I expected from a CVS that’s why I felt the need to write a review!

This is the best pharmacy in the area! I have noticed that the entire staff at the pharmacy works tirelessly, and they genuinely try to best assist and accommodate everyone.

Having been here frequently to pick up rx or buy toy cars for my son. Very friendly staff and haven't experienced anything negative. Feeling obliged to share some positive feedback after seeing the 2 stars in review lol

Thanks a little late for two times the pharmacy at our CVS helped sort through insurance caused headaches. For me, they tried to switch my heart med and the pharmacist dealt several times with doctors office to get fixed and filled it. For my wife, a transplantee and diabetic, with three doctors retiring or closing recently, she almost ran out of insulin. Brandon the head pharmacist was out but twice found it and filled it at two other CVS locations, then got her back on track. So a warm thanks, high praise, and strong recommendation for the whole staff at Ashburn CVS at Farmwell Hunt plaza.

Some negative reviews of drive through delays neglect to mention that CVS has done COVID testing at the window which has been slow and tedious to complete for the staff. I once was behind a car with four people all doing tests. Not the staff's fault.

Throughout the pandemic to get my wife's meds and supplies, I have been to almost every CVS in the area. This store is not the newest, or the neatest, but they shine when it counts, helping all customers with professional and caring service.

There's been some negative posts on the Farmwell Hunt CVS but since we've been. using them they have been 5 stars all the way. They go out of their way to help you and be on top of your RXs. Just today Rena at the Pharmacy did us a SIGNIFICANT solid. She knew of a RX Coupon, used her phone to get the code then added it to our RX for a VERY expensive Medication. Her efforts saved us $350! Now that's customer service. We will go nowhere else. Many raters blasted them for taking too long. Unfortunately EVERY pharmacy in this area is always overwhelmed and busy. Techs don't get paid well and are worked to death. Give them a break. What is critical is to get the RXs right and for the best price. They do that extremely well, Better than Walgreens and Rite Aid (I've been to many of those as well. Hang in there Farmwell.

I had a wonderful experience with E.E. at the front register. She was working very hard and servicing multiple customers at once, quickly and efficiently. She was very pleasant and took extra time and effort to help me with a coupon. I even called the store to let the manager know what a great employee she is because all too often you only hear from people when they have a complaint. E.E., I wish we had people like you on our staff!

Came in for a refill on some prescriptions and Elbethel was a great help. He was quick, attentive, and helped us find a coupon since we couldn't use insurance.

Best environment with helpful people.

I just got my booster shot. They were on time, the only one in the area with 9pm availability, and the woman who vaccinated me was kind. The drive was worth it. Thank you for working long hours.

Dennis, the cashier at this CVS is an amazing ,charming and witty sales associate and really classes up the place. :)

Wait times can be a little long but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe a little understaffed at times.
