Ace Hardware Brookstone

Such a huge selection of hardware and home needs. I was super impressed with the layout that made everything easy to find. They have things I would never have expected to find in an ace hardware store. I was there to pick up a new key fob that would have cost nearly $400 at the Land Rover dealership but was a fraction of the price here and the super friendly staff took the time to cut and program it. Definitely will be thinking about ace hardware for future needs.

02/24/2020. Shawn was beyond Extremely Helpful in trying to Chase down a difficult Craftsman Tractor part number to order parts. All is the same as prior visit. Previous: Everyone was above Excellent, Very Professional, Very Service Oriented and most Important, Good Hygiene and Kind. Store was clean, uncluttered, well trained. Prices? It's ACE Hardware.

Very nice store, I have lived in the area for almost 2 years and stumbled upon this Ace Hardware! Nice big store, well stocked and staff willing to assist. I will be using this store going forward, just sorry it took me so long to find them!

Great staff. Best local quick and go hardware store nearby without having to drive to Home Depot or Lowes.

Good store with knowledgeable people. My only complaint is the stock via the website. Every time my husband or I have checked the website for an item and it says in-stock and/or available for pick up we arrive only to find out they don't have the item or don't even carry it.That is most likely on home office, this is why I don't substract a star. Just a warning to call first even if the website says they carry something to be sure.

They had exactly what I needed and the staff is very nice.

I had an online order for a very large tool cabinet delivered to the Brookstone location. By no fault of this store, the tool cabinet was damaged when we got it home. We took it back to the Brookstone store and the store manager, Andrea Hitchcock, went above and beyond when handling the return and using a forklift to unload the tool cabinet from my vehicle. I recommend this Ace location and I highly recommend contacting Andrea if you encounter any issues.

The staff is always polite and helpful. The store stays fairly clean. Less options for plumbing repair then home depot or Lowes but other then that they've always had I needed to purchase. Will recommend to others.

This Ace hardware is great! I needed help finding a product for a gift and I was assisted right away when I got in the store and everyone is so nice! You could tell that the employees really want to help you find what you need and care. I would definitely recommend this store!

I went to Brookstone Ace because it’s close to my house. I’ve shopped there before. It’s a nice store.

I needed some locks for my fence gates, some of that Great Stuff you fill cracks, some light bulbs and some paint for my bathroom.

The Store Manager Chip helped me with everything. He said he was new to the company and he needed help with paint. He got a young man named Matt and got my paint.

It was very good customer service. Chip gave me an Ace business card, thanked me and said call us for anything we can do for you. And he asked Matt to help me to my car with my merchandise. I’m very pleased.

Clean store. Everything I saw was displayed nicely. Had a good selection for the item I was lookin for. An the lady that checked me out today was very nice an professional. Both cashiers good at getting people in an out.
Kind of a drive for me but if ever in the area I'll go back for sure. Who knows, I might even make the trip if needed.

I use them to service my lawn mower. They charge 95 dollars which is not cheap but they do a full service including sharpening the blades. The customer service is great. They’ll help you loading/unloading the mower from your car, and they will call you when your machine is ready, usually in a week. However, don’t wait till Spring because that’s when they get really busy and it can take up to four weeks. So I advise to do this in December.

Friendly atmosphere and has what I needed.

Went there for the first time a few weeks ago. Awesome shopping experience . The two gentleman that helped me were so professional. Out of respect, I will not use their names but their first names begin with a "B" and "J" . both ...top shelf..great service..detailed, very patient as I purchased my large lawnmower. The gentleman who delivered the lawnmower was just as professional. I do not write a lot of reviews but this one is worth the time . Yes I will return.

Ace Hardware stores always have that "local" feeling, with the diverse product selection that a national chain brings. The staff at this Ace is the perfect combination of professional and neighborly, always eager to help. What sold me on that idea was the time one staff member told me once that I could buy a particular item cheaper somewhere else. That level of honesty only comes from companies that are in it for the long haul, rather than out to make a quick buck.

Customer service was great! Tried to buy something online from 6big box store and when I went to pickup my online order they were all out even when it said they had 3 in the store. Went into Ace and someone immediately approached me and asked how can I help? He found what I was looking for and even showed me how to use it and tested it

A new favorite for us. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Always helpful. It will be a rare visit when we ever stop at a Home Depot or Lowe's again. These folks were the best.

I like having a convenient local hardware store. Try to give them some business so they stay around. Sale prices are pretty competitive.

I called into Ace Hardware to see if this specific store would be able to cut keys for older model cars and yes there were able to cut keys for my 1971 chevy El camino. I got home and the keys worked perfectly in the door and the ignition. Its always rewarding when you cannot find what you need at other store and the uniqueness of Ace Hardware store has the fix for your situation.
